This is a very comfortable hotel with lovely views of the lake and Puno. You can watch the sunset from your room. We were close to the floating islands, which was convenient. This hotel is not convenient for walking to town; it is basically on an island, so you are quite isolated in that way. There are oxygen treatments readily...

Our reason to come to Puno was to visit the floating islands and this hotel suited our need perfectly. The city of Puno has very little to offer and this hotel location provided excellent sunrises and sunsets, a quite environment and quicker access to the tour boats. Some reviews get hung up on some of the minor negative aspects which...

During a recent trip to Lake Titikaka, my fiancé and I found excellent lodging at this hotel. Situated on a small island in the lake, just outside of Puno, the view it afforded was impressive. We took advantage of an easy to schedule visit to the nearby "floating islands" of the Uros people and enjoyed watching both the sunrise and...

First impression with views of Lake Titicaca is excellent. However, we booked our trip 12 mths ago and as a married couple were placed in a room with single beds. We tolerated this until our room began to smell of sewage. The room was too small for us to open our luggage (which was 2 bags). Cleanliness if room was...

All of the rooms here have a view of Lake Tittiaca. Hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station. We were assisted by the train porter to hire a taxi to reach the hotel. Rooms are small, but nicely appointed. Safe is antiquated, but front desk personnel will keep passports and electronics while on tour. Great breakfast was...

This large hotel is right on the edge of Lake Titicaca. It provides great views and from our room we were able to watch wild cavy (guinea pigs) on the lawn). Rooms were clean and well furnished but very small. Not enough storage to unpack your backs, but nowhere to put you bags. The day we arrived was just before...

Rooms either overlook the lake or the town of Puno; lake views were better and early in the morning the tourist boats passed by on their way to the islands. This hotel deserves a five star palm as the restaurant and bar are excellent but the SPA is disappointing and small. I had a suite and the view and place was great.
