Relaxed and clean hotel outside the city with lake view. Pizzas in the restaurant are tasty. Staff is very friendly and professional. You need transport to get to the city and the harbour for lake cruise.

This is a pleasant hotel, with helpful staff. We stayed here on two occasions - the first time we were on the third floor, no lift past the second floor! However, the room was spacious, clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, lighting was good. The bathroom was clean and functional.Nice to have a portable radiator, as not so warm...

Small place, a little far from the town centre but lovely views. Llamas are awesome (they are only there in the afternoons/evenings though). Breakfast is good. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Staff are friendly and obliging and even let us check in early. Would recommend.

Was about what we expected on foreign three-star hotels. In USA maybe a 2 1/2 star. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us in a couple of different ways. The lounge area was somewhat small but nice. The restaurant and food were fine.

It is an older hotel, with distant views of the Lake. About 6 Alpacas crammed into a small enclosure behind the restaurant - the view is of muddy animals and the smell matches. Pretty lobby with fireplace, and a restaurant that would be very good if the chefs cooked with spice. Food was very plain and bland, despite the number...

When on vacation we do not usually worry about Wi-Fi, we try to communicate home once a day via facebook, Skype, iMessage, but this hotel had the best Wi-Fi that we had during our travel around Peru. The restaurant had an above average breakfast buffet, they did not publish anywhere but we found that we could get "made to order...

I didnt know what to expect but this hotel turned out to one of my favourites of the journey. The lobby is really nice, with some couches and a real fire. We were in a group of four and they put us in two rooms, that were adjoining with that door that people sometimes use. So that was fun. The...

We knew that according to the price we were only going to get a side view of the lake. It was a good view anyway. Very kind staff . The hotel caters for europeans. We did not see anybody else there. Probably inconvenient if you plan to walk into town. But they called a taxi to take us to the...

The hotel is clean, roomy and nice. But the downside is its location fairly away from main streets. Thus you got to use hotel cafeteria for dinner or drinking beer or wine in the evening unless you have a car.
