the pros
beautiful location

the staff are excellent and commendable

the dining set up ( outdoor with garden view) is wonderful, spacious, relaxed and lets you enjoy the cold baguio weather and scenery

the garden is so nice, especially if you have pets with you ( they are pet friendly, but with a daily fee and some rules)

they are generous with the toiletries

buffet breakfast has a lot of good choices

plenty of secure (basement) parking

some cons though-
the rooms are carpeted which are risky (😉) if you come with pets

the size of the deluxe room is ok for 2, feels cramped if with extra person

the pillows are too thick

there's ongoing contstruction now right across the street, goes on at all hours. we could hear some of it when the terrace doors are open, but it's not that loud

overall very pleasant stay, will stay here again. be sure to ask for a room with a view of the garden, mines view or pine trees, there's one side ( residential) where the views are not so good and the exhaust is noisy which you will hear from your terrace

Probably the best pet-friendly hotel in Baguio. Travelled with 2 Frenchies and the hotel charged P750 per pet per night.

Pros:
1. Pet Friendly
Dogs can almost roam around the hotel. It has a big garden where they can play around and relieved themselves. Only downside they are not allowed at their in-house restaurant Outlook Grill which is weird because they have alfresco. What I love about the hotel is you can eat with them during the breakfast buffet.
2. Breakfast Buffet
Good spread. Bacon is served daily. There’s an egg and taho station. You need to be there as they open (6am) if you want warm food. Hotel’s design is an open concept at the atrium. Can get cold in the morning.
3. Big Room
Rooms are very spacious and with veranda. Can get noisy especially for the road-side rooms.

Cons:
1. Pricey
Room rate starts at P6000 inclusive of breakfast for 2 plus the pet fee. But did some math. Was comparing it with Giraffe Hotel and Ozark with rates at P4000. Ended up not minding paying extra staying at a bigger and full service property.
2. Hot Shower
Shower didn’t have a hot water running. It was warm at best.
3. Cable TV
Room only had 13 channels. We were just watching YouTube for the entire stay.

We had 3N/4D with two rooms and there was a team-building event and a wedding but this did not detract from us enjoying the facilities.

Breakfast was good quality and the Outlook steakhouse restaurant was good enough to serve for all our dinners.

Paid 7,000 a room a night and booked direct.

Welcoming door staff and valet service, ready and waiting to ensure your first and last impressions of the hotel are met.

I personally enjoyed the art display on the first floor. Make sure you take the time to check these incredible paintings out on your arrival.

The design of the roof is an interesting feature as it collects the rain water which is used as grey water recylcing to supply flushing water and bathroom water.

The interior of the hotel is open to the elements, so you can feel at one with nature and keep cool with a constant flow of fresh air and sunshine.

Below the Outlook is a well-equipped gym, with a Sawo 2-person Sauna which we enjoyed using. Room massages were available but no laundry.

We slept really well within the rooms. Good air con with the door to the balcony was well sealed to ensure it kept the room cool as it tended to rain overnight so was humid outside.

The hotel has a wonderful bakery in the heart of the ground floor, opposite the koi pond. Highly recommend the cheese bread.

The garden area has a great setup of bean bags and fire pits available with an weekend evening BBQ offering a selection of meat skewers as an after dinner snack.

Checkout and the billing system could have been better.

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyed family stay.

Great, cozy place to stay away from the busy areas of Baguio. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, and it's a pet-friendly hotel! They have rooms for those with pets and they prepare beds for the pets.

Food: Breakfast buffet is spot on especially the Beef Pares. Outlook resto food choices tastes great and won't hurt your wallet.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries and plush towels. Very accommodating staff. Nice ambiance. Will definitely go back next time :)

First time to stay in Grand Sierra Pines. with my family. The place is near tourist attractions you can even take a walk going to Mines View Park and Good Shepherd. The rooms are big and their A/C is very cold. They have face masks, alcohols and facial tissues for the guests. They replenish it throughout your stay. Buffet breakfast have different varieties everyday and they taste really good. There are playgrounds for the kids and the ambiance are really cool. They even have bonfire at night. The whole staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a memorable and relaxing experience for us especially to my senior parents. We will definitely be back with the whole gang again.

We booked a deluxe room, which was good for the two of us plus our toddler. Bathroom could have been a little more generous with space (door could be hinged to open outward instead of in). The view out was very nice, overlooking their hillside garden and playground. Food within the premises was generally great, apart from a couple of items that could have been better, but everything on the menu was priced very fairly with no artificially inflated prices. The al fresco areas had large outdoor gas-fired space heaters for especially chilly days. The hotel crew was responsive and helpful. Would visit again. This hotel is perfect for the staycation, where all you really want to do is chill and venture around the nearby attractions without having to go into the noise and hassle of the city proper.

Grand Sierra Pines is very accessible and located near the tourist spots and restaurants in Baguio City. There’s also a nice restaurant and museum inside. One aspect that truly stood out during our stay at Grand Sierra Pines Baguio was the exceptional service provided by the staffs especially Mr. Gabriel Luis Federis. From the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The employees' genuine warmth and willingness to assist further enhanced the overall ambiance of the hotel.
