Outstanding family oriented staffs. From front desk clerks to housekeeper, all of them made me feel at home. I was even offered to eat with them for a lunch just like family. Thank you for making my stay feels at home. The hotel is also receiving some renovation; therefore, with luck you might get the updated room.

The inn is located at the heart of the city and almost near everywhere. You can walk from there to the market, Burnham Park, night ukay-ukay, and if you love walking you can even walk to SM from the place. One can hail taxi from below the building. We even walked from Victory Liner Bus Terminal to the inn. Having...

This hostel is absolutely ok for one night. Rooms are not very nice, just basic and clean. The shower worked well, towels ware clean, WiFi was ok, and the staff helpful. Despite the loud music in the bar in the same building, there was't any noise in the room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is in Seasion Road. So it was practically near everything. We had the classic room which was on the 6th flr. Room was ok, just had a smell like an old room. Toiletries were provided too. Good for budget travellers.

Perfect location, it is located in Session Road. Near restaurants and night market. Rooms are okay. CR was okay, too. Just right for budget travellers. But if you're looking for a luxury room, this is not for you. Haven't tried to check if they have wifi available.

Stayed at La Brea on the 28th to 30th of December 2014 for the second time around. Previous reviews mentioned that the building (exterior and interior) looks old. Well, yes! That's true. Bed sheets, blankets, and towels look old also. But definitely, they are not dirty. It's not a big deal for me because most of the time, we are...

The hotel is an old place with old unrenovated facilities (that includes towels and linens). The good thing is the location, but other than that, there is not much else to appreciate in it. Their room lacks good maintenance and the water heater emits little amount of water that is either 'too hot' or 'too cold' and nothing in between....

Good location but poor environment. Bad smell with basic amenities. Good for 'sleep-and-go' one night only. Not recommended for travellers with average standards. My own experience was terrible. It's fine for a good walk along Session Rd. and small shopping areas.
