I was intrigued by the photographs of this colorful, Victorian style hotel so we were looking forward to pur overnight stay last Oct. 4! The lobby is a sight to behold! Dazzling Chandeliers, a fairytale like ambiance filled with inviting stuffed sofas and Edwardian furniture, an over abundance of floral motif from the wall paper, the upholstery and the flower arrangements! Our friend commented that it feels like a decorator went over board! Well, it surely gave Kamiseta lots of personality (made our previous hotel look generic and bland). Our breakfast at the Vanilla Cafe was excellent and abundant. We had hot choco and the dollop of cream at the bottom of our cup is a sweet touch. The plate of garlic rice (shaped like a ❤️) with fried bangus, tocino, achara was yummy and filling. We felt like we were in The Mad Hatter's Party in Alice in Wonderland with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff is very gracious and so helpful to my PWD hubby! Thank you to Andrew the guard who was so helped us, Claudine, the friendly front desk lady and Abby the manager who gave us personal care and offered to put us in the room next to the lobby to make it easier for my hubby. Skyler of housekeeping who prepared the extra bed & provided an extension chord...everyone made us feel so at home! We will definitely stay here again the next time we go up to Baguio and will book 2 rooms (the room and bed are comfortable but not roomy enough for 3!). I think that some of the furniture (especially at the Vanilla Cafe) can be freshened up with reupholstery. It has been after 6 years (after their opening) so it needs some updates to keep the pretty look and feel of the hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very special.

The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They were very helpful with our needs and even got our room upgraded since the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and we needed it badly since we needed it for our work. The room was very nice, and the amenities were complete. It's our 5th time to stay in this hotel and it still never fails to amaze us. The glass garden dining area is a very nice place to stay especially during breakfast. This is definitely our go-to hotel every time we go to Baguio. Definitely recommendable.

My family had to be in Baguio urgently so I booked for a room at Kamiseta. It was a fast and seamless booking. Kamiseta is an old house that was renovated with kitschy French interiors that are highly instagrammable. The decors do not appeal to all, but are highly regarded by those who prefer this style. There are 6 rooms in this property and a cafe at the ground floor.

Unlike what the reviews say, the staff are very welcoming and extend the best service. What disappoints was the ver limited availability of their cupcakes and pastries which Vanilla Cafe is known for. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

I brought my family there for them to see the place. I have been there before and it’s state then is a far cry from where it is today. Maybe it’s because they haven’t cleaned up after an earlier event, but the place needs a good cleaning or a fresh coat of paint on the walls. They literally ran out of food. The only available items in the menu are coffee and tea. The cupcake shelves are empty. No backup cupcakes. There was a buffet set up, but not everyone would like to eat a buffet meal.

After having a very good lunch at Vanilla Cafe, me and my sisters decided to proceed to the front desk to inquire on available rooms in the future. Upon seeing that the front desk was busy transacting with a group, while waiting we decided to take photos at the reception area. Front desk then raised her voice telling us that taking photos at the reception were not allowed, feeling embarrassed, we decided to step out and no longer inquire about their rates.

Went there and stayed for a night. Upon arrival, receptionist instead of greeting us, was complaining to us how tired she was and how there were a lot of people. Kinda unprofessional. Anyway we just ignored her side comments and proceeded to the check in. They have confirmed through email regarding my extra bed requests. But upon arrival they said they don’t have any extra beds available. But after a while after I showed the emails, suddenly it was available. 🙄 the overnight included free breakfast . The lady asked us what we wanted (as early as during the check in) then eventually all lost our orders the next day🤣 Upon check out front desk lady, asked me how much is my balance for the check out. So Im like I don’t know.. you tell me? 🤣 Anyways service was said to be bad. And it is confirmed. Got the Natasha bedroom and the walls were very thin you can hear everything in the hallways. Recommend day trip only! Skip the overnight!

We tried for the firstime to visit here and checked the menu and the place. The place has a royal theme interior where you can take pictures. They also have a fireplace. We had some pictures at the second floor and the open eating area. We tried the fruit drinks and cupcake.

This hotel is beyond zero star. Horrible place. Don't be deceived by the pictures that you see on their Instagram account or the website. I am appalled by the state of the room that was given to us. The sink is located beside the bed, there is no dresser, floor is dirty, its looks more than a shanty than a hotel room

This is my 4th Stay in a Different Room This Time. This charming hotel has new helpful staff that took care of us. Quite an improvement from last time. The hotel is cleaner, tho there are now obvious signs of aging…it is still charming.

We hope that the owners will save this cute little spot in Baguio for their guests to continue to enjoy.

The place continues to hold promise and am sure many sweet dreams were formed in this place.

Last September 22 2016, I wanted to do online reservation to this hotel but the website was not ready yet, therefore I made a call reservation instead. I talked to the reservation team and confirmed my reservation for December 24 for 1 pink Natalie room and 1 Petra room with 2500 and 5500 pesos rates per night. I was ready to pay because my family really wanted to stay here. The receptionist said the reservation was confirmed and I will receive an email confirmation with the payment details and the instructions, but I didn't receive any email/ text.

With no email sent, in October, I made a call to follow up. I called the hotel twice. The hotel receptionist confirmed my email address and mobile number twice, and said that I'll receive the email soon. But surprise surprise! Still no call/text/email from them!

In November, I still didn't receive any confirmation. My sister sent the hotel an email using this email address info@kamisetahotels.com to inquire about our booking, but we still didn't get any reply!!! Worst, when I called, I was informed that my reservation was MISSING without any notification sent to us. After lots of drama on the phone, I was told that the hotel will find a way, but so far only 1 room has been found instead of 2, and the rate they are giving me is much higher than the confirmed rate.

If the bank information was provided earlier like your team has confirmed, I could have made the payment already, so I dont understand why I have to cover the rate increase. Also, if I dont follow up myself, I don't get any response. I was also told the no one received my call in October nor in November. So sino pala kausap ko?! I was so tempted to get the recording of our previous conversations from Globe just to prove my statements. Nakakainis. No commitment, whatsoever!!!

I called the hotel almost every day but they kept on telling me that they hotel management would investigate. But until now, there's still no news/ result. The receptionist kept telling me that the manager would call, but, if I don't call the hotel myself, they don't even bother contacting me. I just stopped calling because I know that this would be a hopeless case. SO DISAPPOINTING that my case wasn't handled very well. Even the manager, I think, was HIDING from us; afraid to talk to us.

If you do t want too many stairs pls request for rooms same floor as reception area. There are 4 rooms there. Don't book with the 2 rooms at the lower ground floor. That's the Katie Rm + 1 more.
