The hotel is located in the commercial district of Baguio City. We were too happy with its location because we just walked around the area; considering the traffic during the Christmas holidays and the difficulty in hailing cabs.
Rooms are basic but with all the necessary amenities.
The FO and Housekeeping staff are very accommodating and courteous.
I would suggest setting up a small restaurant for breakfast or light snacks of guest. Breakfast provided was through McDonalds which was a bit disappointing.
Management should consider stricter security measures of those using the lift. Anybody could jusr get into guestroom floors from the G/F

It was an okay stay if you plan to just use the hotel for sleep so do not expect too much from its amenities.
WiFi is strong. Reception staff was helpful.
Location is good if you want to move around the shops at Session Road.
Hotel does not have room service but there is a 24-hour fast food restaurant at the ground floor.
Rooms are okay but could be cleaner.

Since the hotel is new, I give 5 stars. All are excellent (and wishing they stay the same through the years). Compare to the Hotel Veniz located near Burnham Park, this one is modern and elegant.

LOCATION
-Session road it is!
-Slighty across City Center Hotel
-Above McDo and beside Jollibee
-Near Rumours Bar, drug store, 7-11, bake shop, and restaurants
-Few steps away to Mines View jeeney terminal

ROOMS
-You can choose rooms with and without windows.
-With personal ref, coffee maker, aircon, hair dryer, cable tv, telephone, vanity table and cabinet
-With consumables like toiletries, slippers, complementary coffee and cookies
-Daily newspaper

RESERVATION AND BOOKING
-Booked through Agoda, I got a Php 1,995 for only Php 1,800
-I did not experienced any irregularities
-Front desk did not require a print out of confirmation, just show a screenshot or email confirmation from your phone
-They offer luggage check-in
-Staff are friendly and smartly dressed up (this is important to me)
-Housekeepers are hospitable and helpful (One saw me carrying many shopping bags while he is making up a room, he offer to carry it for me but I refused politely. I don't want him to delay his task just to carry my bags. But I really appreciate him)

OTHERS
-Free daily breakfast c/o McDo - you have to go there personally to claim your free breakfast. Just below the hotel (this is why I gave 4 points)
-Reception is on 4th floor
-With basement parking
-Since it is a new hotel, you may hear a (not-so loud) noise form the on-going construction (8am-5pm). But who cares? are you going to stay long in the hotel?
-Memo re construction noise is posted in front desk and a copy placed in every room.
-This is a non-smoking hotel
-You may check out the rates in my posted pictures :)

Never book in this hotel. Very noisy. Dirty pillow, shower, comfort room and room itself smells so bad. So much stains in the shower. All rooms have thin wall, you can hear very clearly people in the hallway passing by. Shout out to Jocelyn, staff who never informed us that they charge 150pesos for late check out. They charged us 300 pesos for 2 hours. Hence, if we were informed that there’s extra charge we would’ve not requested for late check out. Given we checked it late. A little consideration would go a long way. Lousy staff Jocelyn. All they want is to get your money. The male staff in the concierge / reception was polite and kind though. Will never book here again. Location is the only pro for this hotel but you can look elsewhere when booking. Such a disappointment.

One of the receptionists was really rude. I arrived at 11 am, filled in my details, and was waiting for my name to get called. Then lots of guests keep coming in. When the hour ticks to 2pm everybody’s name got called except mine. When I followed up with the receptionists, I was ignored. Then when I followed up again nicely, the lady receptionist wearing glasses and with short hair yelled at me. The other guests even heard it and I was really humiliated at the time. If I wasn’t tired at the time I would have looked for another hotel but it was raining outside so I decided to just stayed there. When my name got called for my keys, I never got an apology or anything. Really really bad staff attitude.
I hope the management trains their personnel well so they won’t lose to their customers. Would never recommend this place. Bad service and unpleasant bathroom. It smells really bad next to ur bed.

The hotel is not for claustrophobic people. there are no windows. you can not see the sunlight from your room. It is very affordable and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is below average. Location is perfect. it is strategically located in the middle of the famous session road. restaurants and cafes are just below the hotel.

Very nice and cozy. Our room was neat and clean. It's in the middle of session road so the hotel is accessible. Very accommodating frontdesk staff. However, we were both a bit disappointed because our room is facing the housekeeping room, the housekeepers laugh and talk out loud as if there are no guests on the whole floor. We were awaken in the middle of the night by their loud voice and laughs from housekeeping room, and the loud banging of doors, which the same thing happened the next morning. It was only 7:00AM but they talk as if there are no guest who were still asleep. I hope this matter could be addressed by the management. Thanks.

My family and I stayed here last weekend.

Location: busy street. On the ground floor up to the 2nd floor (the rooms starts from the 3rd floor onwards) you will find McDonalds, dental offices, small clothing stores, spa/massage, small cafes, etc.
- near Burnham park and the night market.
- different establishments line the streets outside ilke 7-11, small school supplies store, eateries, etc.
Staff/service: accommodating (we had to call a few times for assistance and they were helpful).
Food: complimentary breakfast care of Mcdonalds.
Parking: this is a challenge. Going in and out is hard as the entrance/exit is very steep. Please watch your driving.
Price: affordable
Payment: accepts credit card
Room: clean including the restroom, has enough toiletries (room cleaning available including tidying the restroom - just hang the sign outside the door). Has a small fridge and television.
- has snacks for purchase inside the room.
Hassles encountered:
- hot water (shower) - had to call room service twice as the hot water was not working. Trick was to have the hot water in the faucet running while the shower is on (waste of water if you ask me).
- elevator - only the left side was working, so you have to wait for quite some time especially during the busy times of the day.
- construction/noise - construction was underway for the 7th and 8th floor, be ready for the noise.
