Location is good very accessible to Burnham Park, a few minutes walk to the market and there are lots of restaurant nearby. The only downside is the property itself for the room is not that clean and needs a lot of improvements though the staffs are quite friendly. Slippers are not provided; rags are recycled and dirty; internet connection is weak; hoping they can make improvements based on comments and reviews of guests.

Walking distance to Burnham and a lot of nice places to eat around the block .

Very helpful staff. Transacting payment to secure reservation was challenging but hitches were solved by the staff.

No windows . Can feel quite stuffy if weather was not too cold. Thankfully, it was nice and cool during our stay. Fan was provided.

Strong water supply.

liked: spacious room; smart TV; clean; hotel location; easy parking

didn't like: the smell from the restaurant exhausts around the hotel wafts into the room, which, typical for baguio hotels, isn't air conditioned; the view outside my 3rd floor room were walls.

conclusion: price ain't cheap but typical for Baguio at this tier and location. Overall had a restful stay and the proximity to all attractions downtown is its biggest draw.

I updated my room to get sunlight but I wasn't warned that the rooms facing Burnham was too noisy at night. There's a bar that's open until 3am and the elevator keeps making a sound. Avoid this hotel. The manager doesn't know how to handle an angry customer and wasn't even sympathetic when I said I have cancer.

We are having standard twin size room. The room doesn't have natural light and window doesn't have scenery, the window doesn't open to anything to the outdoor, thus it doesn't have any natural light.

However the room is clean and good in size and it's price.

Lastly they don't have slippers, so make sure bring your own if you want to

Metro Pines is pretty much average except that it's in a great location. On the ground floor, there's Watson's and a coffeeshop.

Just right off the corner there's GoodTaste Restaurant which lives up to its name of serving good at good prices. It's best though to eat there during off peak hours because the queue can be likened to a KPop concert. ;) That's an exaggeration, but the lines do get really, really long. Like a blockbuster movie.. really.

You can also see Burnham Park from the balcony and a short walking distance away. And I think it's surrounded by ukay-ukay shops but at that time, they were closed.

If you're on a budget and want to enjoy the city proper, Metro Pines is the perfect choice.

Nice location close to the Park. Clean premises, friendly staff. Great option was that I was able to book through Qantas and pay with Frequent Flyer points. They can also offer assistance organising tours. There is a small Supermarket and pharmacy close by.

The hotel is affordable and value for money. Mr. Paolo the owner/Manager is very helpful. Over all we really enjoyed the place as we had a comfortable stay from bed, shower heater, cleanliness, safety and strong wifi connection.

If you haven't been to other hotels maybe you will rate it as 5 stars. But most of the reviews are negative yet the Inn don't bother to make improvements. Easy money coming in. I haven't seen any housekeeper around. Bunch of lazy people.
The picture looks good but in reality, it's dark and gloomy. If it is very substandard, the price should be way less.
The staff is friendly and location is convenient.

Room Tip: The inn is sandwiched by buildings maybe 4-5 feet apart therefore it's dark, noisy and no views.
