The hotel’s address is very accessible to all kinds of transportation. The place is cozy and the warthm and hospitality of the staff was felt during our stay. There are a lot of food to choose from their menu and for first time taster we did not want to missed Strawberry Sinigang. And the taste was superb. Really an awesome experience a must-recommended place in Baguio.

No other way to experience Baguio. Vintage, cozy and with a stunning outdoor view. It's near Wright Park and the Mansion but quite far from everything else...make sure to have a meal at the nearby Lemon and Olives restaurant. Also parking is limited and try to ask for a spare electric fan because they won't have it in the rooms by default--it also helps mask the noise from outside

This was a “biglaang” gala with my Fiancée.

The booking we made here was last minute. The room was okay, we got a really big room and has two (2) beds.

The interior of the room is really nice. But, you can also feel that the carpeted mop is not that clean.

We really appreciate the staff in the front desk. They are very friendly and let us use the dining/bar area to chill. As I recall, we arrived late and the bar was already closed. So we ordered from food panda instead. It was a great night, the place is really chill. 🫶🏼

In the morning, Surprisingly, the view was stunning and you can dine outside with this view. 🌄

My wife and I have been quite busy with both our business and work all year round and wanted to go out of town to spend time together with our son and dogs. Mines View Park Hotel during that time was just one of the picks (not really our priority pick) but since our desired other hotels are either unable to accommodate us with our pets or does not have available rooms during our visit we tried Mines View Park Hotel and DAMN! We were so delighted and humbled during our stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, well mannered and everyone was so pleasing to speak with. We have been going to Baguio every year and this is the first time that we have been in to a hotel that made us feel that we are special not just because we are their guest but they do show sincerity on how they treat you. A hotel that will try accommodate your request if doable as soon as possible. MVPH is not a 5 star hotel but staying with them would make you feel like you're in one. No flashy posts, no extravagant marketing shenanigans just plainly putting themselves out there for you to judge how good they really are as a hotel. I have never been so amused by a hotel in the Baguio like this. Right even before we checked out we even paid and booked ourselves in advance for another visit just to show how pleased my family and I were with our initial stay with them. Keep up the great work for your entire staff, housekeeping, front desk, security guards and everyone who works here, you truly are a place like home far from home.

I went to this hotel with some friends and we had the most terrible day in Baguio with their General Manager fighting with our friend, arguing with no respect to their clients at all and even threatening us that made us decide to just leave the hotel though it was already paid and just transfer to another hotel. We were complaining about the booking details and the room itself as the toilet has a bad smell. The General Manager whoever he is has no customer service skills at all! Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a stress-free vacation! You do not deserved that title!

The whole duration of our stay felt really homey. I really love the view and the location is perfect and the staff are very accommodating as well. The service is exceptional, plus I love the eucalyptus tree in the patio area, it was a great touch!

It was my first time to check in here and their tagline really suits them. I had the chance to have a "me-time" at their second floor veranda and it was so relaxing. Wake up with the best view indeed.

I'll make sure to watch the sunrise at their patio the next time I visit.

We stayed here for a romantic getaway last christmas. it was dark already when we reached baguio and we didn't have time to go around to look for accommodation, so we decided to head directly to Mines View Park Hotel. It was recommended by a friend who knew the owner.

Anyway, we got there and it seems like we're the only ones there. The place is fairly new. We spoke to the manager and his staff showed us the junior suite. the room was alright, it had a small veranda and a nice view of the mountain. but rate for that junior suite was too pricey, P4500 to be exact ( could have stayed at the 5-star CJH the Manor for the price. ) so we asked to see their standard room. They led us to this door right beside the reception counter and it was literally a few inches from the counter. It was a super compact room with low ceiling and the distance of the bed is a foot from the door, i don't think we can even move around inside that room. the rate of their standard room is P2800 i think. We didn't have much choice since it's dark and we tried haggling with the manager if we could get a discount since it seems like the other rooms are not occupied. He had a take it or leave attitude that we didn't expect for a hotel manager and told us he couldn't do anything for us. We were expecting that he could at least try to convince us to stay, but no effort at all. We asked if how many rooms are occupied, he mentioned 5 and they will be fully booked the next day and they won't have rooms available for us. WHAT A LIAR! so we inquire if they could accommodate us for our 4 nights stay, they suddenly have an available rooms for us. note that there's only 1 other car parked in their garage which i think was owned by this family who we saw the entire time we were there.

We decided over dinner at the lobby. food not good as well, the soup was very salty and crappy service, seems like they can't understand whatever language you use. Finally, tired we decided to stay 1 night at their junior suite, i gave the credit card to the reception who immediately charged us the whole amount. My initial reaction was, what the hell? luckily we decided to book only 1 night just to try it out. We got to the room, there's nothing special or added amenities considering the price we paid for. We got 2 complementary bottled water and 2 instant coffee and yeah, a couch in the room. The next morning, there was no water, so i called front desk but nobody was answering, i had to signal the guard from the window to tell someone to pick up the phone. they sent this dirty looking maintenance guy (not wearing uniform) to the room and said there is water already. I took a shower and it was the worst experience, the water gets freezing cold after 1 minute and sometimes all the water disappears. i had to wait a few minutes for the water to come back again and the hot water too. at this point i'm very disappointed and frustrated. i'm glad we found accommodation elsewhere the night before and we were about to check out. Around 11.30am, they called our room and asked if we are checking out already. maybe they can't wait to get rid of us? i said yes and they can send someone to check the room. this is the most shocking part, they sent an army of 4 people to check the room... they were going thru the cabinets and the entire room while i was still there. i'm not kidding. if you were in my position, i think you would also feel insulted as i did. there's nothing to take in the first place, there were no complementary slippers, bath robes, stationery or anything like that. I couldn't believe what just happened so i told my fiance i'll wait in the car. When he was settling the bill at the lobby, my boyfriend swears that the front desk girl was giving him attitude. at this point, it's really not appreciated. worst service ever. they should at least try harder considering they're new. we could actually afford to stay for the whole trip but we just didn't want to blow our budget of our trip on accommodation that didn't provide enough as what we were paying for.

We were given a double deluxe room just below the attic room. There's no aircon/fan and the room is quite small and smelled stuffy. The walls are thin that we couldn't rest because of the noise the inconsiderate people from the attic made. We complained this and they responded by offering to move us out of the room IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! Seriously?! They couldn't reprimand the people from the attic room to tone it down?! Their only response was "Sorry po...." so we asked for the manager. Since they supposedly can't contact him, we opted to talk to him in the morning. At breakfast, we were served a paltry breakfast. Again, we asked for the manager but still the helpless receptionist wasn't able to contact him. We waited but we can't endure it anymore so we checked-out early. They didn't even offer to refund or give us an incentive to stay!!!! This is a really bad place to stay while in Baguio!!!!!!
