Check in process was swift and the receptionist was very pleasant. The room given to us was nice and clean, housekeepers were always on time whenever we had some requests. The only concern we had while staying here was the journey from the basement parking lot to the hotel’s entrance, we had to walk up the ramp every time and it wasn’t easy because it was quite slippery due to the rain and there was a chance that we might get hit by an incoming guest vehicle. The basement elevator was off limits probably due to the pandemic or they just didn’t have enough manpower to guard that area. Breakfast wasn’t that great either because they didn’t provide any breakfast options, they just served us whatever they had for that day. So no buffet breakfast? That’s fine, but I do hope they would ask their guest or maybe give them some options of what they could have. It’s a good thing that the staff from the breakfast lounge were accommodating. Overall, it’s still a decent hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for three days over the Chrismas holidays and liked the location. However, the room had a noise problem on the second floor as the corridor is open plan with no partion to the concierge area and the hotel entrance below. This led to noise reaching the rooms above and the cleaners could be heard using their machines at 5 am. The hotel respondend promptly and moved us and gave us a free meal. The hotel is newly opended and has interesting art and a nice view from from the restaurant. I was disappointed the balcony had no table or chairs as that is a major selling point given most hotels in the area have no balconies and usually charge extra for them.

nothing extraordinary in this pricey hotel. room was quite cramped and toilet amenities are limited. cable TV is quite intricate to operate and the internet connection is fluctuating. my fone date is more reliable.

crisp linens and towels are its strong points. breakfast was a bummer. they should have anticipated the volume of their guests during the weekend so that food would not become scarce for latecomers. come on, 9 am is still considered early for breakfast especially on a lazy sunday. good thing meals were served on the 6th floor that opens to a mountain view of the city.

will come back if there are no other reasonably priced hotel.

Very good service. They replenish the room items regularly and the room is clean. We got the premiere room and it's highly recommended since it gets a balcony view and the city at night is wonderful to see. The room is spacious. Enough tables for us three to eat in case we need to eat in the room. Service is superb and I commend the staff at the Breakfast Buffet - they are regularly going around to ensure needs per table are addressed. Good location too - easy to go around tha main attractions and buildings but in an area that's quite peaceful too

Very satisfactory stay. Positives: Good accommodations. Premiere room was clean, spacious, good sheets, minibar, room safe, balcony. Bathroom amenities very good- new and functioning well. Strong shower hot and cold. No problems with drainage. Needs Improvement: INTERNET was spotty. Breakfast was below average. Towels ordinary - so bring your own. Rooms are not soundproof so we could hear furniture moving on the last night

Stayed at the hotel with my family and boy did they treated us so well. We arrived early in Baguio and got us to check in early with no drama at all. The rooms were awesome, the kids love the bed and the fantastic view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast was also perfect as they had several food options to choose from. The staff were all smiles and were very accomodating. The location is not that bad as it is just a 5-10 minute walk from burnham. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

It feels newly built, has good facilities and the room is cozy and really comfy. The bathroom was also spacious and I like that our room had the city view. The only thing i didn’t like about this hotel is the buffet - limited food choices and isn’t really tasty.

I am tempted to give this hotel 5 green circles, but there are 2 reasons why I can’t.

First, like the previous reviews, it is difficult to take a shower without getting the rest of the bathroom wet because of the inadequate glass partition. The water will leak to the bathroom floor.

Second, the food at the 6th floor is just okay. Nothing really spectacular.

Other than these concerns, Orchard Hotel is a good hotel to stay in in Baguio. I like it because of the bright colors, the the white picket fences country house feel, and the overall positive vibes it exudes.

The beddings are clean and comfortable. The TV is large. And the wifi is fast. The hotel is across Holiday Inn and is close by to SM Baguio.

I would stay here again with family.

Bedroom was clean and we had a good view from the balcony. Breakfast needs improvement. Mediocre taste and service-wise. Understandably, we stayed during a busy long weekend but it should have been anticipated given the number of people checked in. We were at the cafe by 7:45am and there was barely any food left. We had to wait a long time for them to refill all the empty chafers. Location is pretty good. It’s about a 10 minute downhill walk to Burnham Park.

Is the breakfast included buffet style? Thank you!
Baguio, Philippines2 contributions
Room accommodation comes with complimentary brekfast. Although buffet breakfast is not yet being offered, Congee, Mami/Noodles and Chicken Rice are the choices. Days from now, Filipino breakfast will already be served as part of the complimentary breakfast menu..
Answer from Darius A

Breakfast is a choice from one of their breakfast menu. I can't tell if the Supreme without Balcony has the same bathroom as Premiere but looking at the building configuration, it will most probably be the same. By the way the balcony is nearly only a meter of protrusion. The hotel is accessible (even by foot) from Burnham Park. Lots of places to see in the stretch of Legarda. Hope that helps.
