We stayed for days and the staff and its service is very profesional and courteous. The place is under new management and newly renovated.the T&B is clean although hot shower is not really hot. Complimentary breakfast is also good althoug it is far to walk going the city (burnham)

Bad experience with the female owner of the hotel. She kept on saying side comments about her guests. Overheard her answer a customer rashly that there was no aircon. Afterwards, she was laughing and saying incredulously that there are no aircons in Baguio. Felt bad for the guest because it was an innocent question. Last straw was when she commented...

Avoid this hotel. Rooms we got were barely clean. With baby ipis inside the closet. The rooms we got were for 4 pax per room, but only two bedheets were provided. Blankets are available for a fee. The free breakfast is a joke. Longanisa is uncooked. Waste of money to stay in this hotel. There are better hotels in the area...

We arrived late afternoon, smell of paint in newly decorated room was overwhelming. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I booked this property through Agoda I was not informed about major works taking place. WIFI was restricted to small lobby and looked stupid with about 12 people trying to get internet connection. The breakfast include was rice, egg and...

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Seemed like the beds and blankets were not used for a long time. It smelled so moldy and it felt so dusty, I had to worry about my allergy to dust. The water totally smells like rust, the smell even sticks to your skin. Took more than an hour for our unappetizing...

Whenever we go to Baguio, this is definitely on top of the list hotel. Budget friendly, staff are nice and helpful if you don't have any itinerary, 24hrs security and yes, quiet and relaxing. Easy parking if you bring your car and public transport is accessible.

Seriously, this is a badly maintained hotel. I was surprised that the room doesn't have any air-con however it's was pretty chilly in Baguio so using an air-con was not necessary. The private bathroom was kinda sleazy so good thing we only stayed overnight. Would you believe that their common hotel bathroom is even cleaner than our private bathroom. I...

In fairness, this is a budget hotel, so you really cannot expect it as great hotel, Staff are nice, breakfast is just a bit of rice and a bit of meat plus egg. If you will take a senior citizen call the hotel first if their elevator is working, if not don't take an elderly here. if you don't have...
