The place has a great ambiance and located in a quiet and relaxing location. The room and staff service were good. The front desk was responsive to my room service requests although it was difficult to request a taxi service. It's also difficult to book a GrabTaxi. GrabCar is not available in Baguio. I also initially requested for a room on the upper floor during my booking through Agoda but they gave me one on the ground floor. They weren't able to get me an upper room when I checked in. They should also upgrade their TVs to smart/android TVs with movie streaming apps cause who uses cable TV these days. Arrangement of beds is also not optimal. The nightstands are in the middle (between the 2 beds) while the sockets are on the outer sides of the beds. There were no readily-accessible sockets in the middle so I need to place my phone on the floor on the outer sides of the bed. Overall, I had a good stay here.

Highly recommended hotel here in Baguio City. They make sure that rooms are maintained clean, sanitized and disinfected. The rooms felt cozy and warm. The hotel staff are very accommodating, friendly, helpful and courteous too. Also, WiFi is fast! You will not regret booking your stay in TFL. ❤

We had a pleasant stay. We got the Junior Suite where our four kids and their Auntie stayed and my husband and I stayed in a deluxe room right across our kids' room. The rooms are very clean and fully disinfected. Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend when we were there so we were not able to maximize walking around John Hay as we planned. Their restaurant closes at 7pm but no problem because they allowed food delivery from outside without corkage. We'd like to stay again!
