I do not recommend this hotel. We booked this hotel because of the description that was written about it in the website. We booked seven rooms since we decided to go to the Philippines as a group. We vacationed in June and when we arrived at the hotel, their Christmas decorations were still up and the hotel was very dark.... More

First the good: The lobby and entrance has a nice rustic charm. I also liked the stairs. Staff was also friendly. The location is off the beaten path and rather quiet. The bad: The beds are not comfortable at all. As one other reviewer stated, they tried to send us in to some damp room with no windows. Obviously we... More

We had the unfortunate experience of staying overnight in this terrible hotel. The whole hotel is dark. The entire place reeked of urine, probably from bats. Our room was dank and moldy. The woodwork is showing water damage. There was cocroach in our room. Two of the lights in our room were not working. When we asked for the lights... More

I took my best friend to visit our country. We came home for a vacation from the US. I was very excited to show him around the country thinking it would be very pleasant to take him to Baguio City. However, when we checked -in into this hotel things changed and even my own perception and impression to the country... More

We were so disappointed by this so called Hotel, more like a motel rat trap than anything. My husband and I thought it would be a wonderful idea to take our three children to our home "The Philippines", we were all so excited. One of the stops was Baguio City, I've always remembered Baguio to so beautiful as a child.... More

my family stayed at the Concorde years ago, when it just opened. It was the worst hotel ever. They actually wanted us to stay at a dank room with no windows!! We vowed never to come back!!
