Stayed for 1 day and it was a disappointment. Staff are unsure on what they are doing in this hotel, From Room Service up to the restaurant. Since Baguio has a cool weather, we are anticipating the proper provision of Hot water in the lavatory and shower. However, no hot water is available and they are saying that we are...

Very disappointed! We spent our first day of APEC vacation in Azalea Residences. Since Azalea was fully booked for Novemver 18-19, 2015, I looked for another hotel that can accommodate us. I found Ridgewood Residences. In their website it looks very promising....but when we checked-in...I felt sorry for my kids. You know why? The information in their website were misleading...

This hotel is walking distance to Wright Park and The Mansion. It's just about 3 minutes away. You can also ride a jeepney going to Mines View and it will only take about 3 minutes. From The hotel to Botanical garden, it is about 5 minutes away by jeepney or taxi. The rooms are clean but the ceiling for the...

We stayed here from September 25-27, 2015. Their staff are very accommodating. We recommend that you book online as it's cheaper by 200 PhP. We stayed in their Deluxe Room for 2500 PhP per night. No a/c per usual but you can request for an electric fan just in case the cold breeze coming outside is not enough. They serve...

Ridgewood is a warm, comfortable and simple place to stay.the panels are made of warm lumbers, and the furnitures are nice. The rooms are quiet to sleep with, and the food is good.the location is excellent, because it is right at the heart of Minesview, pacdal, and gibraltar areas. Walking distance to the Mansion house, wright park horse riding, and...

We were quite delighted to see a decent place to have a meal with peace as there's not a lot of people in this place. We had our meals there a couple of times and while we appreciate how attentive the wait staff were, it was quite a challenge to get a taxi we had to book through a booking...

Was given a deluxe room but I was in such a hurry to find a place I forgot to request for a double/queen bed and got 2 twin beds instead. Enjoyed the huge bathroom and hot water! Ambience was nice;felt like Baguio 20 years ago with the wood furnishings, however now that it is a bit crowded and summer when...

I like the location of this hotel, it is far from the busy city streets of Baguio but accessible to some tourist spots. The place is quiet and clean. I like the interiors of this hotel. It is very cozy and the wood and the surrounding pine trees will remind you how nice it is to be in Baguio. What...

This place is comfortable. Nothing fancy but has this rusty, country-like feel that surely defines Baguio. Clean and roomy bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view in my room is nice, with a big tall tree near my window. Breakfast is superb! I will definitely come back and stay here again!
