Originally came here for their ube jam (the best in Baguio!) but decided to dine in as well. Food was good, ambiance was great, and staff were very friendly too. Perfect if you want to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful to savor your cup of coffee or hot chocolate :)

I went there with my family last February. After a long drive from Pampanga to Baguio, our first stop is La Casa Bianca restaurant. We had our breakfast there. The place has a homey feel. It is quiet, peaceful and nature-oriented. I like how there are like mini cottages where you can have a meal. It is very picturesque. But we ate at the restaurant instead because we couldn't fit in the separate cottages. We ordered breakfast sets which I can say were pretty delicious but I think it was not really their specialty. Overall the food taste, presentation and portioning are okay. Coffee was nice too. But I think the prices are a little expensive. But the ambience could make up for it.

This new B&B is where the old PNKY formerly located; it has nice ambiance and feels like home (well it was an old house renovated to become a bed and breakfast). Service from the staff is good. Breakfast is also delicious. Despite all that, there's still areas to improve for it to be a good hotel. We were having plumbing issues with the house we were renting so in the middle of the night I decided to walked in to this B&B and was warmly greeted by the security and the front desk person. I was given a fairly sized room with very basic amenity kit (toothbrush, toothpaste and sachets of shampoo and conditioner). They were advertising P1,100 per head price but in reality the room actually cost P2,200 since the room is good for 2 (I was by myself so I paid the full P2,200). The bed looks romantic but not the most comfortable bed. When I was about to take a shower in the morning, there's only a trickle of lukewarm water coming from the shower head; their portable water heater doesn't even work properly. It would have been better just to place a big pail of water with those plug-in water heaters. It took me ages just to shower because of low water pressure; When I was finally done showering i grabbed the fluffy white towel hanging in the bathroom to dry myself but to my horror I was covered with lints from head to toes ( I guess the towel is new but unwashed). I had to shower again just to remove the lints on my body. Fortunately, the other towel was okay. I looked for a hair dryer but cannot find one; I looked for a flat iron to iron my clothes and didn't found one either. Maybe you need to request it from the front desk or housekeeping but I was already in a foul mood so I didn't bother. I made sure to try their breakfast though and it's actually good, slow service though and they had to repeated ask me to verify my room number because the breakfast comes with room rate (it's a B&B after all). All in all, I felt that my one night stay was not worth the money I paid; I could have checked-in in a larger establishment with the same price and didn't had the issues I mentioned.

Went here to have coffee with my friends and have some cookies. From session road, we took a cab down to the restaurant.

👍 Place was very elegant, there was a coffee shop, restaurant, spa, and hotel rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Coffee was one of a kind - 100% black coffee.

👎 The place was hard to find because it had a different name in google map. The restaurant was formerly named PKNY Cafe, but due to change of management, the name was also changed to La Casa Bianca. Updating their googlemap data would make it convenient for costumers to search for the place.

Because it is new (opened December 2014 accdg to receptionist), everything works and is clean. It's a renovated home, which lends it a sort of 70s/80s Baguio charm.

It's a 15-min walk to SM/Session Road and a quick drive to John Hay. Breakfast was also quite tasty. All in all, highly recommended.

I only visit cafe by the ruins every time i visit baguio, because it has a lot to offer.
We were here years ago when it was PNKY and ive recommended it regularly.
Its now casa bianca and the first disappointment was that the lobby is now a fragment of the original.....
Which means, among other things, that all the beautiful antiques and stuff are gone!
Tsk
The spa closes at 8pm!
And the restaurant had almost half its menu out of stock!
And this includes signature dishes like the strawberry salad!
Tsk tsk

The room and surroundings brings back memories of visiting your grandparents and relatives in the province. They clean the rooms everyday. No hot water in the lavatory. Plated breakfast with a cup of coffee. It would be better if they can serve unlimited coffee during breakfast. Yummy ube and herb chicken.

We've been here twice, each one better than the last.

Ambiance, set-up, location, food quality, price point - couldn't really complain.

We always order the Strawberry Salad because it's always made fresh! They have the greatest pasta in the city. I also ordered tea, which is set-up in a cute teapot.

Would always come back here. <3
