I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Pier Uno. The staff are all amazing - it was sad to say goodbye even after only a few days there! The diving is spectacular, Cathedral was my favourite of the 4 sites visited but they were all incredible. Dive gear is excellent, Dive Masters are thorough, fun, friendly and loco loco! Special...

4 of us (all divers) visited Pier Uno for 5 nights in late July. We booked the resort through email and they offered us a package including accommodation and 6 dives (2 dives per day) at USD440 per person. As a diver, Pier Uno is a great place to be in. The dive sites are amazing and our dive master,...

Went to pier uno upon the recommendation of our dive instructor. This resort suited our family as its facilities are convenient for our family learning to dive. It is just 2 hour drive from Manila, offers parking, buffet or plated sumptuous meal, cabana for our day trip, and best of all, the clean waters with its tiny inhabitants and sprouting...

Pier Uno is really geared for divers. There's no sandy beachfront (it's really rocky), the pool is small. But for diving, it's a great place to be in. The staff were all helpful (although personally, staff at other dive centers and resorts were more thorough and helpful). Food (comes with a diving daytrip package) was better in Pier Uno than...

It was just me, my husband, and our kid who went there to spend the new year. It was packed with foreigners at the time and the staff were busier with them. So, we ended up with leftover food from the voracious visitors. Since it was the new year, I think they were a little short staffed. I do think...

I had the best time at pier uno diving resort. The people there are fantastic. Rooms, very comfortable. Food, yummy. Location, perfect. The staff there are accommodating. One of them saw me leaving the room having some difficulties dragging my luggage outside and they quickly ran to my rescue. The dive guides are friendly and know your needs as a...

They have very accommodating staff and they are many to attend to all your needs immediately. Good food with good taste and variety! And it was always buffet so you can eat as much as you can. They have ala carte but you have to wait a little longer. Food ala carte are not very pricey too! Very nice accommodation...

Pretty good experience staying at Pier Uno. The staff were friendly. They went out of their way to keep us happy and we're always cheerful and pleasant. The dive experience was good too. The rooms were decent if a little mosquito infested. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Context: It should be noted that Anilao is indeed more known for its appeal to divers; and therefore anyone choosing to come here should not expect to frolic and play along wide, sandy beaches. If you're planning a casual day tour with your family or a group of friends, I suggest you go elsewhere in Batangas, maybe San Juan. Considering...

We recently had a day trip at Pier Uno and we were generally very satisfied Pros: - cost effective: the resort's day trip price falls under the 1k range (950 php/person, but they have discount for groups) as compared to other resorts in the area (1k+) which already includes pool use, cottage use, lunch. While the kayak, island hopping and...
