This hotel is clean, updated, the staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms are cruise ship small. Comparable to a premium interior cabin on a large ship. The bath was normal size but little closet space. The hotel was quiet the Saturday night we stayed but you could hear people walking in the room above us occasionally.. There is...

Very pleasant hotel property and pleasant staff. I wasn't sure about staying in a non-chain hotel but we were very pleased with everything. The beds were comfortable and the room was decorated nicely. The lite breakfast was included, we wished they had fresh fruit. The town looked like a great town to wander around and great places to eat. We were...

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. My 94 year old parents live in this town and this hotel is nearby. They have the usual free breakfast. Someone is on duty during the breakfast hours and very attentive. We have booked a suite every time but one and love the suites. The manager is always very...

We found the room very comfortable. All though a bit on the small side, both the room and bath were very clean and nicely appointed. The climate controls worked well, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast was ok. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's incredibly difficult to find a good hotel in the area for a reasonable price so this hotel is one of your better bets. Location was somewhat convenient to where my relative lives; hence, why we chose it --- and based on the reviews we saw on TripAdvisor. Although the property looked well maintained from the outside, it was very...

This was our first visit at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding. It's not a chain, but it was very nice. It was well kept, clean and the staff was very nice. We didn't spend much time there but the hotel was a nice place to come back to after the days events.

On their web site they advertise a nightly hosted evening wine tasting. When we arrived there was a sign that they weren't offering it because the hotel had changed hands and they didn't have their liquor license yet. I had chosen this hotel because of this being offered. They did take 10% off of our bill but I think they...

When I'm traveling I find it hard to sleep but I had the best night's rest in this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get up.I think we paid $79 for this room. The hotel provides all the standard amenities TV, wifi, coffee etc. but in addition you can wash and dry clothes -...

Very friendly staff, very clean & a decent price.Free breakfast buffet is nice & always welcome. Located in downtown Auburn, so, it is close for those here on business. The finger lakes, apple farms & wineries are all available in short driving distance.

My husband and I had taken our grandson back to school and planned to spend a few days in the Finger Lakes area before returning home. The Inn at the Finger Lakes is such a quaint little place and very clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and will go back again. The town shuts down early but you can pick up...
