Location is good as Makati is in the center of Manila but it is not located as Dusit Thani and other hotels just outside Glorietta / Ayala mall. We thank the hotel and their hospitality for making our stay a great one! Theres a pool with nice view of the Makati skyline and sauna + gym. We thoroughly enjoyed our...

Booked this hotel through booking.com, then cancelled the next day due to my wife finding something else. This was several months before we visited so well within the cancellation policy. Received an email to confirm the cancellation and that there would be no charge. Hotel charged my credit card anyway and it is now proving difficult to get a refund...

This hotel is very nice and harkened back to another time when hotels had a lot more formality and pleasantries. Breakfast was good and served promptly. I appreciated that as I had 15 min to eat. I have no complaints but the street "finlandia" in an important byway and the morning rush hour traffic can be heard. I walked around...

Pros: Staff- very accommodating and courteous. Fast service. Manager with the glasses (didn't get his name) gave us a free room upgrade from deluxe to junior suite due to accommodation mishaps. Richard from front desk was very helpful. Complimentary drinks upon arrival. Room- very clean and spacious. Everything was functional. TV has a USB port which can play music and...

I only stayed here for one night but was very happy with the hotel itself and the service. My room was very large and comfortable, wallpaper was outdated but that is literally the only thing i could pick out during my stay. Breakfast was great, all staff were friendly and accommodating and made my stay very easy. Rooftop pool is...

I heartily agree with everything that has been said about the staff. They are always so helpful and pleasant. This is the 5th time I have stayed here. Stayed in three different rooms this year (because we went elsewhere in Phils and then returned to Makati on two occasions), and all were of a good standard. They are large and...

First of all, all of the staff in the hotel are absolutely fantastic. They are all extremely courteous and polite and endeavor to do their utmost to make clients feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast provides a decent start to the day. On the negative side, the hotel is in a location which most taxi drivers have difficulty finding and reaching...

This place have so much potential if they would invest into renovating the entire place. The service was great, the roof top pool was awesome, but the interior of this hotel is tired and looks very early 90s. It does have a clean rooftop pool, which is certainly a plus for hotel in this price range. Location: Certainly not prime,...

I informed the staff beforehand that we were travelling as a couple and asked to add a little touch of romance to the room. The staff, Angel, did a spectacular job. Rose petals arranged as a heart and a kissing swan towel display in the middle topped off with a rose. The bathtub was also sprinkled with rose petals. We very...
