I arrived at 3.00 am and asked for a free bed. No Problem! The next day, I did not know what I was supposed to watch in Manila. No Problem. The hostel manager showed us the city, sights and food market. Thank you. BUT the best, before I lost my wallet and passport. No Problem. The stuff helped me, I...

I'm not really a hostel person. I like my privacy. But I had to come to Manila for a medical procedure so I was looking to save some cash and chose to stay at Our Melting Pot. I have to say, if you are into hostels and the environment they have, OMP is a really great place. The staff was...

I booked this place because of the rave reviews, hoping to find a place that would be professional and inviting--a place that would welcome us to the confusing Manila and guide us on our trip. What I found was a crowded, small hostel with a lot of noise from the street and very poor wifi. The bathrooms are right off...

This hostel is located on makati avenue. However, it was not easy to find and only a small banner showing the hostel. It occupies the building on the fourth floor. You have to prepare using stairs to go up because of elevator out of service. Opposite the hostel there are many food vendors that provide entertainment band but its voice...

I stayed in the single room with aircon. It's located in the middle of the building, so can be quite loud, but seriously, you're backpacking in the philippines in one of the biggest cities in the world. A bit of noise won't kill you for the price you're paying. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. If you stay in a...

We stayed in the double ensuite room (there is only 1) and the bed is super comfy and big, hot shower and good wifi. The room faces the main road and is noisy due to the food market opposite with a live band every night but we suprisingly slept very well. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the...

I stayed at the sister hostel, The Good Shepherd, but can't find them on trip advisor.. I thought they deserved a good review though! From what I've gathered they're very similar places just The Good Shepherd is slightly quieter. The dorms were big enough and beds were comfy, I wasn't a huge fan of the bathrooms but they're always hit...

Clean. Good bed. Good location. Good breakfast . Dorm Beds at around 12 usd. This dorm is my first option whenever i am in the metro. And it is worthy of a recommendation too. NorthPark is a great 24 hours chinese restaurant, just a few buildings away from the dorm.
