It has clean rooms and is well located. Nothing much beyond that. Breakfast is lousy and the serving staff is unfriendly.Bathroom has awful toiletry and a poor flooring and slightly smelly. I went here thinking an institute of the standard of AIM would have an excellent conference centre. It is apparent AIM must be struggling or else things could not...

Although I was just an overnight stayer, I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff, at the reception area and at the business center. The servers at the in-house café were also quite jovial. In particular, I would like to commend Janet Tan for going over and beyond the call of duty with her excellent service. She was...

We only stayed on a stopover before heading off to boracay so location fairly near the airport and in a good, safe area close to bars and restaurants was important. Hotel was a very short walk to Greenbelt mall which has plenty of options all with outside seating. Room was ok but a bit date, main issue was the old...

This is a budget hotel, so take the 5 star rating in context. The value for your dollar here is very good. Super friendly and helpful staff and very clean room, great location in Makati. As a budget hotel of you can expect the rooms to be on the cramped side, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great....

It's my first time to stay in this hotel. I love the location. It's right next to the Greenbelt shopping malls. You could go shop and eat at the Greenbelt. It's also accessible to the airport. $5 and you're there. The staff are polite and accommodating. The place is clean but may need an update on carpeting & bathrooms.

Stayed during one of our training, three beds were cramped in the standard room. Faucet in the shower needs to be replaced. Getting to our floor a little tricky coming from the conference rooms at the second floor; you have to transfer from one elevator to another to access it. One will get confused the first time, but will get...

I have been travelling to Manila 2-3 times per year since 1998 and tried many of the budget hotels around Glorietta and Greenbelt. This is the first time that I have stayed here. Despite it being a very old hotel the proximity to Greenbelt was a plus for us. Unfortunately being such an old premise the cupboard doors were no...

This is a basic hotel but its edge is its location. For Php 3k/ night, you can already stay just across the Greenbelt area. Cons: Service is mechanical, starting from the guards who always tend to forget that you are checked in despite staying for several days and would accost you (not very respectful in saying that it's not allowed)...

Location is the asset for this Hotel. Close to Greenbelt Shopping Mall. Easy access to all that you would need. i.e. restaurants; shopping; entertainment; transportation (taxi pool). English is spoken everywhere. Building is a bit older and needs upgrading. Rooms has all the basic you need: clean bathroom; good room service; security; safe in room; Wi-Fi available works OK; A/C...
