My friends and I stayed at this place (not for an overnight) in a deluxe room. First, the lift was scary (not in ghost terms..) it kind of bounces whenever it stops and there are (creeking) sounds whenever the door opens and closes.. as for the bathroom, you have to be careful opening the door, you might slam it right...

The Location is good as it is nearby most establishments like bar, restaurants and transportation. I would say its a bit pricey as the room does not include breakfast.the room is big but I think the furniture, carpet, bedding's and towels are quite old. Their Staff as well are not that accommodating and friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for six days doing a course for 28 delegates. Its entrance ramp for wheelchairs and luggage is absolutely a sign of being unfriendly for People with disabilities (PWDs). The entrance ramp is impossible to climb on a wheelchair, un-aided. Going to the sixth floor is an awful wait. It has only one functional lift (it...

I've stayed here multiple times a year and this time has to be the worst. Their elevator was out of service and had only 1 working for 26+ floors....imagine that. We ended up using the service elevator after we climbed about 10 flight of stairs. The location is ok as it is right across a Starbucks and Wendy's. You can...

I've stayed at the Berjaya Makati Hotel various times over the years. It is well located along Makati Avenue and it was an affordable 4 star hotel. One can find rates under US$50/night on various internet sites making the Berjaya one of the more affordable hotels in Makati City, unfortunately the hotel is really showing signs of age and deferred...

I stayed here recently, after getting a good deal from Booking.com. The room-type I was supposed to get was all sold out for the night, but the receptionist was kind enough to give me a larger one for no additional fee. Was really impressed with their service, and the cleanliness / decor of the rooms. I didn't think I'd have...
