We stayed at Prince Condotel during our stay in Makati. We used the hotel as our "base camp" in-between our side trips to Taal, Boracay, Bagiuo, and Bohol. Each check in was smooth and the hotel was basic, renovated, and clean. It's priced great. The location is the best part! The condotel is the located right across the street from...

...I have been to worse hotels before and this one is actually better than I what I was expecting based on some reviews. The room is clean and no smell. The only complaint is that some of old parquet wood floors were pilling off. Flat TV, fridge, shower and tap worked with no problem. Howerver, at the end of the...

Location is superb. Right smack in the middle of Makati, a stone throw away from Ayala Museum, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Makati Stock Exchange and The Ayala Triangle. Sadly, only the location is superb, everything else was average; from the breakfast, rooms up to the service. The shower has two settings, Antarctic Cold and Solar Hot; you have to do some McGuiver...

Needed a night stay to catch a late flight to the island. No perks here. dark hallway. Free breakfast was ok but found flies and ants everywhere. Felt like I was eating unsanitary food. But took the chance. Room was ok for few hours stay and to store your luggage for ur next destination. No perks but can't beat location.

Well you get what you pay for so avoid the "breakfast" LOL and don't avail of room service "meals" !. The Wifi is not functional - insist on free ADSL - it's 24/7 and better. We had several room shifts due to maintainence issues - the policy is to move you rather than fix the problem - and a complaint...

Location is really great. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. 5 minute walk around the area and you'll have everything you need. There's not much to choose from in their breakfast menu. Reception is very accommodating.

Stayed here overnight. The place is pretty decent for 2 people looking for a place to spend one night over. The room can get a bit claustrophobic if you stay longer. Kitchen amenities were pretty complete--we were able to cook something decent. Room's generally clean but I'm not so sure about the bed cover because it felt rough and didn't...

Been to the Philippines countless of time. This time we decide to stay in Makati district as we were in the middle of the rainy season with typhoon and heavy rains pouring. An excellent choice as the shopping complexes are linked one to the other so even the rain pours we are still able to go shopping. Food is not...
