Stayed here last April 13-14, 2017. I always check reviews at tripadvisor. Saw reviews that the front desk staff is rude and inefficient, food is so so, room aircon malfunctioning, elevator not working, parking still under construction. Unfortunately all of i heard is true! 1st impression, hotel lobby is so so nothing special but somewhat presentable, for the price not...

we always booked this hotel every summer because of their summer promo. our first stay was May 2015. we booked a deluxe room. The room is great. that's it. The hotel itself is not. Only one elevator is functioning. super long line. and while waiting for the elevator to arrive on our floor (and in other floors too), we always...

Booked an executive suite for 6,000+ inclusive of breakfast buffet. For that amount, accommodations in provinces are so much better compare to Lancaster which is in a city! The room smelled musty and super old. Furniture are in their yellowish state. Not the least bit inviting for a rest. Staying home beats the lancaster experience. Breakfast buffet - nothing special....

I booked reservation for four nights in December and decided only to stay for a night. When we got in, the whole room smells like cigarette, & the lamp shade wasn't working. The bathroom has broken faucet, & I could see some molds in some areas. I wish they would replace most of their furnitures. I guess everything has changed...

I stayed in the Junior suite. Nice comfortable room, and also equipped with a kitchenette. I believe the hotel is typically for local business people and Filipino tourists, especially when looking at the breakfast, which is more Filipino style then western style. But it was good and tasted well. Friendly staff. And 1 tricycle ride away from Mega mall Mandaluyong.

I was here to attend a Business meeting. Lobby was a little dreary, just maybe because it was rainy that day. The garden cafe overlooking Shaw Blvd. is well-lighted, though. Food is good, coffee is better than expected.

Last Jan 14, 2017 my family & I decided to go on a staycation here for my birthday because i know they have a low price yet elegant interior. I also book here so that my mom can cook for my birthday "handa" knowing that they have a kitchenette available. I booked using expedia.com and picked the 1 bedroom executive...

We had our Team's Christmas party here and it was okay since they weren't that critical on the number guests in the room. The first thing that needs improvement is the elevator. It was slow and they only had 2, so there was a queue to get upstairs. The room we had was okay but I believe it also needs...
