This place is terrible. They put us on the 4th floor first, as soon as we got in the room we saw 2 roaches on the wall. Then we pulled the mattress and a bigger roach came running. We literally ran out of that room. The 4th floor hallway smells like sewer and trash. Since half of the family already... More

I checked in here after drinking too much at MOA on a friday night of Dec. last year. We all know the reputation of SOGO Hotels all over Metro Manila (esp. the nearby sogo at the Rotonda), but this one is a bit different. Almost all of the people who go to this Hotel are travelers, from the airport. That's... More

Their room prices are really cheaper compared to others but what you pay is what you get. Though their in room dining foods are great, don't expect much about the room. We had stayed here few times already, some of our stays were ok but this last time was not that good. The room wasn't so clean and i had... More

Well maybe because it is one of those place you can do your "deed" for a cheap price, your experience there will be cheap also. I tried this once. As for checking in, if you choose to have their garage room, you will be directed to your room with a spacious garage and with no questions ask. I thought to... More

I honestly could not recommend this place. My gf had to call 3 times before we got any action. The dehumidifier was leaking and the staff member did not want to know about the problem until we went down and saw them. Extremely poor customer relations skills. Unless Hotel Sogo want to train their staff in customer relations I wont... More

I am surprised this place has had some bad reviews. It's an ideal transit hotel whilst waiting for your flight. Cheap, clean and near the airport / Mall of Asia. Don't be put off by the hourly rates, this is aimed at people in transit rather than the more seedy hotels in Manila. If you need a bed and a... More

At the heart of Pasay City, very close to everything that is worth being seen, very well guarded with very friendly staff, you cannot find better at that price. This is not a luxury hotel but a very safe place to stay in the middle of the busy city.

The "So good, so clean" advertising campaign is extremely accurate. Seems to be very consistent across the board as well. This one is in an excellent location, fairly close to the airport so you do not have top battle the nightmare traffic of Manila.

If my photos don't speak volumes, feel free to take a number, wait half an hour, hand your guns in and enjoy! I can't believe I booked this online and found out way too late! Terrified! Do NOT stay here unless you are happy with beds with plastic covering the mattress and no bed covers beyond the bottom sheet.
