Wow. Great staff, great service, lovely hotel. The service here is wonderful, and the hotel has a really warm, friendly atmosphere. Great food, too! The breakfast buffet is really excellent, with all kinds of food to choose from, all high quality. I highly recommend Joy Nostalg for a business trip or a personal getaway.

Mine was a one bedroom, room is spacious and facilities is good. They don’t have bottled water, tap has a switch that will give filtered drinking water, which is good, environmental friendly. Gym has standard equipment, just that it closes too early at 9pm. If you want to use it, you can still use it, just sign indemnity form. Breakfast selection is not a lot like other 4-5 star hotels. Food is salty but it’s expected in Philippines. Coffee is mediocre, I asked for cappuccino and they wants to charge which is not good.

I loved that the room had its own kitchen with the complete equipment and utensils, including its manuals neatly filed in a clear book. The ref was a big one, not those bar refs. It had a comfy sofa which can also be used for sleeping by a third guest. The cabinets were spacious. More importantly, it had a fully automatic washing machine. Elevator was fast, not too many guests, I think, since it was a wednesday-thursday stay. Only concern was the ongoing construction nearby which created noise during the wee hours of the morning.

The joy-nostalg is a generally nice hotel, all the staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and similar to a one bedroom apartment. The 6th floor is where breakfast is as well as the space for lunch, dinner and the bar. It is an open space and on one end is a smoking lounge. Because of the door opening and closing constantly, the whole room smells of smoke and gives you a headache. The smoke smell can be very sensitive to particular people. It would be great if this could be managed better to contain the smoke so the people in the food area do not have to experience it or move the location to outside the hotel. Overall, nice hotel and nice staff but the smoke smell on the 6th floor is tough, especially for someone that is on that floor constantly for meetings.

Great room-comfortable bed, good shower, handy kitchenette. Service was impeccable, from housekeeping to laundry to bar/restaurant. Especially liked the washer/dryer combo in the room, which was convenient for items you don’t wish to send out. Kettle was used for tea dai!

The room the hotel gave me was superb and very spacious. Located on a higher floor with a view of the Podium from the bedroom and an ADB and Megamall view from the entertainment area. The A/C was very good and provided good comfort. The rooms are equipped with water filters so you can get water straight from the tap, but you can still request bottled water if it is not to your liking.
The hotel was strategically located at ADB near to Podium, Megamall, and Galleria, a quiet neighborhood as well and very conducive to holding your online meetings. Convenient stores are aplenty nearby.
Breakfast was good and offers some variety, loved the interiors of the restaurant and the very attentive staffs.
Check in and Check out was a breeze.

Room was in excellent condition Staff are very polite and friendly Food tastes great. Water supply is very good considering we stayed at the 27th floor All equipment are in tip-top shape. Love the pool area and the sauna
I wish there is a deodorant in the bathroom as a part of the hygiene kit. And a small clock will do.
We will definitely be back. It’s now our default hotel to stay.

Used to be under the Oakwood hotel brand. Several years back it was already under Accor management until pandemic started. Location is still the biggest asset , where you can access Robinson and the Podium on opposite sides. At the back of the hotel there is a Mini Stop convenience store , just a stone’s throw away. What I noticed is that the hotel still utilise the small desks placed in front of the door of each unit. Feels like the floor is still used for quarantine . The 1BR suite 2202 feels like a PWD friendly unit. Dated facilities and furniture, but somehow well maintained. Comfortable beds , and bathroom has a Tv ( which Oakwood used to have) . Serviced residence items are well supplied. While I noticed not having any form of welcome amenity as an Accor silver member, I kind of loved their usage of the ultra filtration system that makes tap water potable to drink. Liked the staff , who are humbly non intrusive yet you feel the good attentive service. The one manning the health club , indoor pool who took the liberty of opening the lights when I was taking photos,, the security detail facing the back end who gave me tips on where to find 24 hour stores,, I regret failing to get their names. Special thank you to Leneth of FD who gave a me a few hours head start to my check in time. With much gratitude. Well , last 2 things to point out . The fast secure Wifi , which was free. And the clincher , that sumptuous buffet spread at Nostalgia. Good and tasty selections matched by the lovely ambiance and their professional staff. Staycation worthy indeed.

My stay was exellent except for some facilities that needs improvement:
We stayed at Room 2304
1. Sink giving off bad odor - When we got there, the sink was giving off foul smell. We have reported it to the staff. What they did the first time they went to our room to fix the problem was just to spray on the whole room to eliminate the bad odor but it didn't go away. so We called the staff the second time and they declogged the sink i guess but the odor did not went away. Bad experience.
2. TV wifi didn't work - the staff sent 2 technicians but wasn't able to fix the problem hence we did not enjoy wifi connection for the TV

Hotel staff are very accommodating, Mr Emer and Joven are always available in the function hall and are vey helpful with requests, even regrets are conveyed courteously, and so are the coordinators Sir Omar and Trish, maybe due to so many requests haha. The meals are plated so the portion is not as generous as before. I missed the long gone buffet table. Some rooms especially in the corner ends are not as spacious as those in the middle part of wing. Beddings are clean and you can ask for a one-time room cleaning as it has small kitchen, oven, microwave, induction cook tops, pans, etc. Sometimes you can hear the television from the other room haha Air conditioner is vey cold. Internet connection is vey good. The video projection is not as clear, like in other hotels. Maybe the machine is old.

Hello, the hotel has an electric kettle, but they do have complimentary teas and coffee (in sachets), plus powdered sugar and cream.
No, they don't have terraces, since it is located in the middle of a bustling city, but they do a have a laundry facilities and fully-equipped kitchen per room. They also have an indoor pool and gym which you can use. It's also pet-friendly, and it is very near malls and good restaurants.
