The venue of this small lodge is convenient - not too far from civilization yet close to nature. You can go for a jog every morning and enjoy the sunrise as the lake is right across the mansion. Rooms are spacious but the air conditioning takes time to cool down the room. Breakfast is so-so but their WiFi is fast....

+ Nice view of the lake. Get a room with a view overlooking the lake. - Paper thin walls --- i can hear the tv in the other room until past midnight - Breakfast didn't include fruits. This place could be great with some minor easy improvements. First, get more reliable internet. Need better beds, these feel like they got the cheapest ones they could find. Have hot water in all the rooms. Have a spare roll of toilet paper. Splurge on some nicer towels. And paint the rooms. Last thing, let people swim after 5 PM....

Wifi doesn't work. Shower doesn't work. Beds are like rocks. Enjoy!!! Description is from 20 years ago. The hotel is not maintained properly. I would try another property in San Pablo. This was my experience and yours may be different. This hotel is way overrated and should be considered in the $35-$40 range.

A nice view of the Sampaloc lake in front of the hotel. A peaceful view of sunrise above the lake which is within the walking distance. The room is cosy and clean. Wifi is stronger in the lobby than in the room. A small pool is in front of the hotel. You can move around the province by making arrangement...

Nice place to stay, it's an old hotel, but they kept it pretty well maintained. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned, the beds a bit stiff but sleep-able. If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of city life, this hotel can be you ideal spot, because its nice and quiet.

I appreciate him finding my credit card and returning it to me! This is a charming place with beautiful grounds, spacious lobby, and quaint but clean rooms. Breakfast is good, made to order. I am grateful to Clayton for averting potential disaster when I lost my card on the premises!

This hotel was referred to me by a friend who comes from the area. Now it is one of my landmark hotels in San Pablo City. The place is facing the Sampaloc lake a bit further down the busier part of the circumferential road of the lake. My friend told me that is it normally much chillier in October in...

We celebrated our grandmothers 89th birthday here last November 2014.The area was well decorated and cozy. The food was very good and well presented. It was a lovely and memorable birthday for her with friends, relatives and family. Thank you.
