Food - serving was more than we expected. Taste was ok. Place - love the rustic vibe! But the place wasnt well maintained. :( People- very accomodating. There were bats roaming around the pool area around 630pm.

I just like how inviting the place is to slow down, relax and spend time to smell the flowers. I love its rustic beauty and the art pieces you see everywhere. It's a breather from the usual modern contemporary feel. The staff were great so as the food. Yes the food (though they all seemed to be sweet tasting but...

The place hasn't been renovated since it opened in 1997. Huge disparity in the quality of rooms but the prices are the same for all. No soap or complimentary water available in the rooms - you have to bring your own or buy it from the front desk. Water in the shower is tepid, rooms are dingy, sheets are clean...

We were served great food and the place was really relaxing. The staff were also polite and accommodating. That's about it. Our room was quite dirty. I noticed a lot of spider webs in our room and dust layered some parts of it. Our room, room no.12 iirc, had two bathrooms, one inside the room and one outside. The one...

Our company spent an overnight stay here for our technical planning sessions. It is a quiet place good for relaxation and for small conferences outside of the busy city. The Rooms were ok except for the bathroom. It gets really flooded and water from the bath area overflows to the toilet area which eventually also gets flooded. The shower is...

Thank you for your feedback. This is alarming. We will immediately investigate on the flooding and the drinking water incidents.

Quiet. Peaceful. Rustic. These are three words that I would use to describe the Casa San Pablo experience. We were a family of sixteen members who stayed overnight on the last weekend of summer in the Philippines, and we had no concrete itinerary planned out. We only had one goal in mind, and that was to unwind and do nothing....

we just had our Company outing/team building last weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms are very cozy, the place is really nice and relaxing, the staff are very accommodating, and most of all, the food they served are superb! though their menu ranges from common pinoy dishes, it still made our tummy happy. Thumbs up to their...

Literally! The have 4 viands on every meal. Four. Chicken, pork, vegetable and fish. Plus your soup and rice. And 1 dessert. Yes. This happens in every meal. Plus you have 1 "merienda". The cost of your overnight stay is really nothing compared to the comfort that this place could provide. Comfortable rooms, check. Friendly staff, check. Swimming pool, check....

My family and I were supposed to have dinner here at Casa San Pablo last April 23. We have booked and confirmed our reservation, 2 weeks before our trip. When we arrived at the venue, they said they cannot accommodate us. They can only serve breakfast food for dinner. So much of our time and effort have been wasted going...

We are very sorry for the mix up in booking information. We were so distressed when we found out about it. We have since looked into the matter and our front liners have owned up to their mistakes. As innkeepers, my husband Boots and I also hold ourselves accountable for the error. That's why Boots himself drove out that evening...
