We booked this hotel for 1 night through Travel Book prior to our trip to Cotabato. We were given a twin room but it is located at the 3rd floor and they don't have elevator so we asked if he can give us one at the lower floor. Available room that time was a family room and I asked for...

Truly a budget hotel, with a great price but do not expect a lot . Single room is very small and if your uneasy in a small place , may not be right for you. Shower in next to toilet with no separation and no shower curtain. Every thing drains on the drain in the bathroom floor. Amenities you need...

I stayed here for 1 night and the staffs were very accommodating. The bed is comfy too. Toilettries are basic and I think they could improve more on the cleanliness in the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was also good, especially the roasted chicken. Price is reasonable. I would love to stay here again but the location is far...

We were made to feel very comfortable in the Tinhat, staff are friendly and welcoming, the beds are great, everything is clean and the Internet works very well. The connected restaurant serves very good doors (Halal certified) All in all everything was excellent!

I like this hotel. It's comfortable. it's really cheap. Easily accessible and I love the service. The staff is very friendly and quite competitive. The atmosphere is very ethnic. And it's clean enough. The staff make sure you are comfortable and you have everything you need.

This hovel is the kind of place junkies go to die!! It is dirty, dingy, rundown and in a very bad location. We only stayed one night and didn't even bother with the breakfast. Renovations were taking place and that started at 07.00am. The room was small and worn out and the shower was cold water only. I chose to...

I love Davao! I love Tinhat! The staff are very attentive and make their guests feel at home. They are incredibly helpful. The location is also very convenient, away from busy areas but right next to a convenience store with many amenities. The room is very comfortable with great bed, it's like you just want to lie down the whole...
