One of my favourite food in palm grass hotel is their best seller which is the Humba ni maxilom and Sea food pasta. We had a birthday celebration of one of my friends in hardin dagami and it was all worth it coz they had free karaoke and their food is very delicious and satisfying. We avail their tower drinks and the taste was just right. Their staff was very accommodating.

From the anting-anting, unique bench with a compartment underneath, tinikling bamboo poles, hand-made accessories, and adult toys the locals were into back in the day, they've got it! The old locals were certainly creative and wild! The place simply screams Cebu pride!

Stayed here one night. Wanted 2000 peso deposit for consumables. Didn't have cash and could pay card but wouldn't get money back on it from them for 1-2 months!!??
Mini bar was poor, lucky if 500 pesos worth of stuff there anyway.
Only given 1 sachet of coffee and 2 sugars, no creamer at all for 2 people. Asked about this and was told that's all you get!
Fridge had tray full of water in it.
Breakfast was minimal, but tasty.
Had some karaoke on till 2am so bring earplugs or better still find somewhere else

There rooms is very comfortable and affordable price. And also their staff is very friendly and approachable. In bar is nice view and relaxing place. I recommend this hotel. Also their food is very delicious and their drinks very affordable prices.

First, the staff is great, respectful, and courteous.
The room was great, clean, and relaxing.
Free wifi and also free breakfast.. Food was great, it was delicious. The coffee was ok. But I suggest finding another brand.. But other than that everything was great. Highly recommended, for a night it was amazing..
I'll be staying here every time I go to Cebu.

This hotel should be rated higher. The rooms are lovely and the rooftop bar is amazing. we stayed here three nights and only found out about the rooftop bar on the last night. The breakfast included was good and the overall experience was very good. For the price we paid I don't believe we could of been happier.

People here are very friendly & accommodating! They had also a small salt pool & great for kids to enjoy it. Food was also good for a good price too & many choices. Very accessible to the churches like Sto. Niño Church & Catheral Church & also to some malls.

I stayed at Palm Grass for nearly 2 weeks in October 2016, by myself.
The hotel is so clean. The bed and shower were perfect and the service was brilliant. The staff are soooooo friendly, especially a little waitress named Rose. The service from her was nothing short of outstanding. The staff listen to you and can speak very good english. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice....just enough to fill me up.
Palm Grass also has brilliant free wi-fi in all rooms. I had no trouble at all.
Palm Grass is brilliantly located within walking distance to all shops.
You must try this hotel.
I look forward to returning reacquainting myself with the lovely staff

If your foreign don’t book breakfast you have been warned.
The food of the menu ok
Some staff rude
Constantly harassing you to keep paying money no account allowed.
Shower always cold.
The coffee scenario in the room is a joke.
Close to the centre of Cebu,
All taxi drivers are scammers you will find out.
I won’t be back,
And don’t do your laundry there more dirty when they bring back,at very expensive charges,

There should always be a hot and cold shower as we have a 24 hours engineering staff. We also have a standard laundry process and a certain credit limit that we follow in requesting payments with our in-house guest. As the only Heritage Hotel in Cebu our staff should provide genuine Cebuano Hospitality. I will look up to this and assure you that proper action must be taken. Our apology for the late response, our serving time of breakfast is from 6 am - 10 am daily. The hotel is 10-15 mins away from Pier 1.
