Over priced, dirty rooms; the shower was broken, the bed was uncomfortable and the tv was unwatchable. Wifi in the room is expensive and slow, no strong box and the window latch was broken with a ledge outside so we felt unsafe and slept badly. Staff are unhelpful and rude. A/C was very old and noisy too.

My companion and I went to Pacific Pensionne based on the recommendation in The Rough Guide to the Philippines. On first impression it was a real find, nice lobby, quaint restaurant, reasonable rates. The room turned out to be something quite different tho. Furnished in 1920's garage sale rejects the bed, touted as queensize, was a standard twin. When I... More

The payment of around 1000 (pesos one thousand, around 24 USD) per day was of a much more value than that’s of the room , this happens often all over the world because of the misjudgment and the wrong evaluation of the money's worth , it is often thought that a 10 dollar value in the US is 10 dollar... We were looking for a cheap hotel and came across their site. After reviewing other comments, we got reservations. Really cheap since it only costs 900 per night. Nothing much to expect from the room itself but if you're just looking for a place to spend the night, I'd say this is okay. when I come back I'd still choose... More

The rooms are ok for the price, small but clean with good air-con and comfortable bed. The location suited my purposes for 1 night and I expect I would have enjoyed my stay here if it wasn't for the staff. With exemption of the cleaner who gave a polite hello every time I passed him the staff were some of... More

Good location - just down from Fuente where there is a large Robinson's supermarket and plenty of eating places. Street food on the way up, restaurants round the roundabout, and even a Starbucks if you want air-con and wifi. Plenty of ATMs nearby and a 7-Eleven at the corner where you turn of the main boulevard. at the other end... More

The pictures in the website is not true. In reality, it is so ugly and dirty. The toilet bowl does not even flush, no garbage can. Aircon not functioning well and so is the phone. The TV in the picture is 21 inches but instead you get only 14 inches. The staff are arrogant that they wont listen to customer.
