We spent our sinulog weekend here at Rianne hotel and their service was great and fast. loved the smiling faces of the helpful hotel staffs, rooms were very spacious and clean with super comfy beds and pillows that made my sleep perfect. and by the way they have the fastest hotel wifi in cebu.

After reading reviews on this place I selected it.

This hotel met my expectations.

It was clean.
Service was good.
Internet held up the entire time.

I had been an Airbnb’s previously with a very bad Internet. They were also not clean.

I wish I heard about this place before I could just get a clean bed and get on the Internet and get my work done.

Breakfast was good as well and I would definitely come back

Not just that this hotel is awful. On top of that they lie on their reply in my booking com review that i havent't been there. They double charged me, so beside their lying review you can also see that they charged my card therefore i have been in this hotel

"Really don’t get why this property have so high score.
You’re basically in 3x3m dungeon without windows and daylight.
There’s some “window” that can be open 3cm and it’s window in some ventilation shaft or whatever is that. Dark and wall 30cm further.
Room itself is not bad if you get few rooms that actually have windows that look on street and have some light/fresh air. But if you get dungeon room good luck.
Especially knowing how loud AC is. It’s like earthquake when it start. Entire wall is shaking.
They charge 60php per kg for laundry while you can exit building and turn left 150m and there’s laundry for half price.
Although hotel was quite empty didn’t allow not even 2h late checkout( 14h instead 12h)
Prior to arrival they charged my card with full amount, once arrived they charged again as first one charge was for some safety. It took quite long (7-8 days) to refund first charge after i involved Booking com
In same streets there’s few other hotels. Rather stay there. They have windows"

You get more than you paid for. For the price I paid, I got a pretty big room. Wifi is great and staff were really nice. It's also near enough to the malls. Wish I found this place earlier! Definitely staying here again when I go back to cebu!

As a traveller, I'm used to getting what I pay for...and sometimes I don't. I tend not to make a big fuss over it but move on and tick off the hotel from my list of accommodations to go or recommend to my friends. Having visited another establishment owned by the same firm and having been pleased with my experience, I decided to come by this hotel to see if they have the same DNA and I'm happy to say they do.

Rianne Hotel has many of the hallmarks of more expensive establishments but their friendly prices mean you're getting all the benefits at a much lower cost. The hotel is new and shows a well thought out and classy interior, likely from a skilled interior designer.

Their rooms are not overly huge but then everything one expects to find is there. Internet connection for guests is exceedingly good and ensured business travellers can be more productive than using an undependable wifi connection at a coffee shop. Their beds are new, comfortable and clean. Their staff are well trained. They're fairly new so you're bound to face a few delays here or there but on the whole, they do a good job serving their patrons.

I've been to other business hotels that focus on giving you a place to sleep and not bother with anything else, such as - food. This hotel serves very good food, no different from their sister hotel, Griffin. I was very impressed at their large servings and just as happy with their cost. Let's just say it's heavy on the stomach but light on the pocket. And the great thing about it is the ambiance of the restaurant and lobby is conducive to conducting meetings without having to go to another venue.
However, should one feel the need to head elsewhere, it's good to know you're just a skip and a hop away from grabbing a ride, be it a taxi or a commuter jeepney. The location is most suitable for those conducting business in Cebu as they are located in the middle of every major hospital, business establishments and tourist places. There's no major mall nearby but the convenience of getting a ride pretty much mitigates that.

I spoke to a senior staff and I'm told their owners went into the hospitality business with one intent - offer great value for money to their patrons because this is the engine that will drive bookings. And indeed I think it worked with the coming and goings of the guests during my stay. Overall, very happy.

For first time travelers to Cebu, this is a must to place to stay at. Not only is the historic Provincial Capitol a stones throw away, Fuente Osmena is just one jeepney ride or you can just walk to it and see the microcosm of Cebu society.

Rianne Hotel has been recently renovated and the lobby is really picture perfect and a nice place to while away the time. The room is comfortable and very clean.

Food choices around the area is many and it is very convenient to public transport.

I am very satisfied with this hotel that I have pre-booked already for the 2020 Sinulog Festival since hotels around this area gets full during this season.

Stayed in Rianne Suites for last two days. Enjoyed our stay. Rates are affordable and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is also located strategically near Cebu Capitol, Cebu Doctors Hospital and Fuente Osmena. A must stay when in Cebu for business trip.
