A wonderful room and a very helpful and grateful staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! From the restaurant on the roof to breakfast downstairs. Everything was wonderful! I appreciate Plisken and Rodito were great. I may not have figured out breakfast without them!

Me and my partner had a great experience at Team H-Cafe because all their staff are very accommodating, friendly and their food is delicious and tasty. Their supervisor, Plisken makes sure that our need are well attended. Kudos to their staffs: Vilma, Jun, Genesa, Lemon and Rodito who assisted us throughout our breakfast.

We had a great stay at Harolds Hotel. It’s so clean and the staffs are amazing. Especially in their cafe, to PUSKEW (supervisor), VILMA & JUN (staff), LEMON RODITO GENESA (ojt), TONY (bill boy) , CEDRIC & RANYDELL (security). For sure, we will come back again soon! Rodito, Genesa and Lemon were really great with their service. Very outstanding service they have provided. It is my first time staying at Harold’s and in my five days of stay I have experienced fantastic service from them at the HCafe for my breakfast. Really really great!!!
