Primeway suites got a prime location near F Osmena circle - the location itself is very accessible for commuters especially taxis. The lobby and rooms were clean, well-lit and quiet so you can definitely get a good night sleep after a busy day. Water dispenser is available too which is a plus for an affordable yet cozy hotel. No breakfast served but it's not a problem. There are stalls opened at the ground floor as early as 8am, fast food chains which are open 24 hrs and coffee shops like Bo's and Starbucks that opens up early too. You may also opt for Grab if you prefer to stay in your room just request the driver to deliver to the lobby.
The staff were corteous and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage without hesitation in their storage room since we are travelling to another city and will be back at the the hotel after 3 days. That was a huge help for us. Anyway, thank you Primeway for the great stay. Highly recommended especially if you're looking for an affordable, family friendly and a modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a Family Suite, and it was by far the biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in that’s in the city center. The room is very well planned especially the bathroom - my husband, daughter and grandkid could all use the bathroom at the same time so getting ready was a breeze. They have a separate toilet, shower and 2 sinks. Will definitely stay here again!

Well I'm going to change my review and give them a little bit better of a review. I think this place is priced a little bit high for what you get. It's very upsetting that there is not a refrigerator and when I asked for One they said that they would give it to me but I had to pay extra. That's ridiculous. Also the view out my window is of a brick wall. The location is convenient to access lots of places around the area. The staff is very friendly and nice. Just really not happy about not having a refrigerator You would think that for the price you pay they could at least give you a fridge without asking for more money.

We stayed for 2 nights in September 2022, and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The rooms are very spacious (we stayed in the superior room, their smallest room which is 22 sqm) and clean, and everything was brand new. They had a promo on their website so we only paid P2,100 for what could've easily been a P4,000+ room. It's a room only hotel (no breakfast or room service) but it was perfect because you take the elevator to the ground floor and there is a Starbucks. I was able to get my nails done in the salon on the 2nd floor of the building while my husband waited in DIY, a rabbit hole of a hardware store. We were out exploring the city for most of the day but we were able to grab a late dinner in the pizza place on the ground floor of the mall. Seriously underpriced hotel for what they have to offer.

This place is new to me in Cebu, I am a Cebuana but decided myself to stay in downtown to finish some errands around this place, because I have short vacation in Cebu, but this Primeway Suite has a very special place in my heart, because it is in this place that I found out I PASS MY NCLEX-RN USA EXAM after 4 days that I took it in Manila, 🇺🇸👩🏻⚕️🙏🏻🤲🏻🔆 All Praise to God, that this place is very near to Sto.Niño Basilica in Cebu (10-15mins taxi ride) where I attend and offer a Thanksgiving Mass 🌻🌷. To be honest, this is such an accessible place to stay in the heart of Cebu, there is a lot of restaurant to choose from downstairs when u go out, I love the idea that just below this place there is a Starbucks coffee shop open for 24H and its quite huge place, & Yellow Cab Pizza until 2am and the rest of food places, its near to Robinsons mall and groceries (2mins by walking), This place is clean, homey, cozy and safe, you can also leave your luggages for free, when u go to another place for vacation, & if you come back to their place. (I went to Camiguin Island for 5 days). The staff, security, lobbyyist, bell boy, & houskeeping they are very accomodating to my request and needs, they are very approachable, too. The children love this place to stay and so am I. Absolutely, Highly recommended 💯. I will surely come back to stay in this place. 😌😉

Excellent service Clean Room, wonderful attentive staff, Hotel is is situated in the heart of Cebu city, Its like few minutes away from anywhere by walk.
Below the building are wide choice of restaurant such as David Tea House, Yellow Cab Pizza and Starbucks.
Hospitals such as Velez Hospital, Chong Hua Hospital and Vicente Sotto Hospital are just walking distance.

The room is tidy. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly.
The housekeeping team didn't missed to make our room clean and look new every time we get back.
I can highly recommended to every one.
Access to restaurants are very convenient and in case you would love to eat something healthy there is COOEE just in front of the hotel inside the raintree mall. :)

The property is new and strategically situated at the heart of Cebu. Very good value for money, plus rooms are more spacious compared to others in the price bracket. They were currently undergoing renovations so the entrance ramp was blocked but ingress can be facilitated thru the back. Staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. Blow dryer and umbrellas were upon request.
This hotel does not show up on Waze, Google, Grab (ridesharing app) easily because its still very new but I always pin Starbucks Primeway Plaza and I never had any problems.
Highly recommend!!

First thing i noticed you can't sleep well cause everytime the other room opens the door it feels like your door is opening so weird 🤦🏻♂️ so loud!
So we checked out early cause we have an early flight when we got into the airport our flight was cancelled due to an airplane landing problem. So we decided to go back to the hotel to stay for a while coz our flight was rebooked after lunch. The thing is they won't let us enter our room anymore they want as to pay again!!! No consideration at all! They want us to pay again even though we payed our stay from 3pm to 12 noon. What a policy! Next time be very considerate to your guests! It's not all about the money!

Once our guests check out though, it is our policy to clean and sanitize the room for the next guest, and it is already unavailable for the previous guest. Given that a guest was already assigned to your room, we could not accommodate your request to re-enter or reuse the room you checked out of. As our front office associate told you, however, we could’ve given you a new, different room. We hope for your understanding, and thank you for staying with us!
