This is a perfect hotel for a short stay in Cebu. Our room was big and clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't try the pool because we were there only for a night before going to Malapascua island. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was ok with lots of Philippines specialties. For...

We stayed here for 2 nights in April and found it to be a little over average. The rooms are big, but old, the verandah is closed by a brick wall and the pool was merky. My friends stayed at the holiday spa and although the rooms were smaller it was a lot nicer. I had to pay for an...

An older style hotel in the middle of renovations, it was on the dark side. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The friendly helpful staff made up for those flaws. They were very personable and always welcoming. They helped us out with taxis and room service when needed. Buffet breakfast was included and there was a variety....

I have been to this hotel 3 times. It has changed for the better since the last time I was there. It has been modernized and the rooms are now up to standard. The location is fine and the areas around pleasant. There are few facilities or restaurants nearby, so it is fortunate that the food at the hotel restaurant...

I didn't actually stay at this hotel so I can't really comment about its services other than reservations. What I can comment is the inflexibility of its staff when to trying to reserve a room there. When I booked my accommodation through Agoda I mistakenly input the next day rather than my intended date later in January (note: Agoda defaults...

Originally given a room at front of hotel but I asked to be moved because of noisy hotel contruction work still taking place at 10:00pm. Rooms are nice, and buffet breakfast has a large selection. Wifi is a nightmare. you have to get a logonid and password that expires every 24 hours. The signal to the room is poor or...

Good safe and friendly option for Cebu City. Made us feel welcome, includes a good breakfast, small pool on the roof. We went to Cebu City 4 times in August and had no hesitation about going here all 4 times.

This hotel is located only a few minutes jeepney ride from Ayala mall. The hotel is a little rundown in the public areas, but the rooms are well maintained. The complementary buffet breakfast is good, but ends at 09:00, so get down early!! There is a 100php charge for every 60mins of wifi, but when I paid it was not...

The staff are lovely, the rooms are large, breakfast was good and it was overall great value. It isn't a resort and it is a little worn, but the rooms are cleaned every day, and it is close to several shopping malls and you can arrange for day trips through the local tour operator,or the staff can find a reliable taxi driver who...
