the rooms were very nice. Food was also very good. Customer service is excellent. would recommend to friend and family 100%. It did not disappoint as place is exactly the same as pictures with good beach and pool.
We stayed from September 18-20, 2021 with our family for our 1st Anniversary. Everything from check in/out was fast and efficient, staff were helpful. Reservations was a breeze as well, thank you Rodulfo and Miyu! The facilities were excellent and food at Havana by the Sea was great. We enjoyed food at the Abalone as well, tho it may get a bit repetitive.
I love my short visit a cheap park it has large pool perfect for kids and families the staff are very accommodating well trained and the offer very good food in the Beach Front Restaurant the drinks are awesome too. The hotel is situated in Mactan island
It was our first time to stay at the family pool villa. We had a wonderful time with our 2 kids. The breakfast buffet was al fresco. The staff were vaccinated and were wearing their masks properly. The lawns were well-kept. Thank you so much Jpark for the safe, clean, and amazing accommodations. Looking forward for the completion of the beach renovations. Till the next visit! ❤
This is my 3rd visit here in Jpark but this reservation is very different. New policy says NEED TO PAY FULL PAYMENT 3 DAYS PRIOR TO RESERVATION, they only accept “credit cards” how funny that is? No, upon checking in, since I opt for pet accomodation, I needed to pay additional 3k and I used my debit card and they we’re okay with it. I don’t know, they are not synchronized. Inconvenience issue starts here. Havana by the sea- we brought our pet. We took a seat. And ordered. That’s about 10mins. Suddenly the waiter (the same waiter who saw us earlier when we walk in and choose our table) said, pets are not allowed. Wow! Jlounge - 1st night stay dinner, we ordered at around 7pm. Time passed by 8pm my husband called (for in room service) they said to wait. Another time passed by past 8pm, they said another 10mins since the kitchen is busy. Well we just ordered 2 of there menus. Not 8:45pm. Dinner is served. Another wow! Oh by the way we have kids with us. Abalone - Breakfast, we called 6:51am for in room service. We said to have it delivered NOW because yeah last night sucks. And guess what, 8:30am our breakfast is served and there excuse is “ALMOST ALL ROOMS REQUESTED FOR IN ROOM SERVICE” What happened Jpark?????? The reason why this is our 3rd stay it’s becuase we loved the place but right now Idk what happened! Nonki - 2nd night stay dinner, I called in 6pm because again we already know that there food delivery is very very very slow. Nonki staff called in around 7:30pm and said the order is ready. How much cash do I have? I said, room charge pls. So she called frontdesk “SAI” to confirm and said NO POST very jargon to me as your customer, we do not have a deposit fee that’s why it’s a NO. I was shocked bec. from yesterdays lunch until today it’s all “charge to room” I was also having a hard time contacting this SAI. Everytime operator tried to connect me to her, 10mins of waiting time but no one is actually picking up the phone. I told them that WE EXTENDED OUR STAY HERE, WE HAVE A POOL VILLA WITH PET ACCOMODATION AND THAT IS 16K/NIGHT! And this is what I get!!!!! My husbad said “I DEMAND TO HAVE THIS CHARGE IN ROOM I CAN A F F O R D! I mean? You cannot check out or go home if you have bills to settle in the front desk correct? Lol we’ve been to a lot of resorts already, Crimson, Dusit, name all the 5 stars competitor of yours! You know what? We just booked here becuase Shangri-La is not accepting below 18yo guests!! That’s why we just settled here. Aw! By the way, WE WANTED THE STAFF TO BRING A WIRELESS POS HERE SINCE WE DONT BRING CASH AND LET THEM SWIPE (CC) or Debit card and check the balance all they want to see that we can pay for the 1300+ meal! My god. This is a bad experience. To think we celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We spent 32k for the room alone excluding the Food and beverages! Is this how you treat people who’s willing to pay more than your salary?! I am not paying 5k/night here you know! WILL NO LONGER BOOK OUR STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE. NEVER AGAIN!…
