My first time in BCD for business and the place is too far from the city center. I also work remotely and I need to have a stable internet . The 4 days that I've stayed I was barely able to be online and do my work so I ended up using my own data. There are no decent channels to watch ,out of the 961 cable channels that they have around 60 plus or so are active and out of 60 channels if not local news you will watch kids channel the rest shows "you are not.subscribed" hahaha :-) I guess you get what you paid for.

My second time to book a room in this lodging facility.I'm giving an excellent rating for 'value for money' and high consideration extended for an early check-in without fee.I will definitely be back.

I checked in 13th january but their customer service is very poor.. staff SPECIFICALY in the reception are not friendly and feels like they don't have proper etiquette in dealing guests. I recommend that they need to have proper training.

Response from sukrobcd, General Manager at Sukro
Responded Jan. 15, 2020
Hi, First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing Sukro on your most recent stay. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction brought about by our front office staff’s poor etiquette. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is only through feedback like yours that we can be aware of our shortcomings and improve on them. We are dedicated to our company’s longstanding commitment to hospitality and as such do not tolerate impolite behavior from our staff. Rest assured, the front office department has already been called to meeting and reminded that as frontliners of our business, they must be courteous to our guests at all times. Once again, I apologize for your unpleasant experience. I hope it did not tarnish your otherwise favorable impression of our property. In the meantime, we remain at your service and hope you can visit us again.

There is no elevator and rooms are on floor 2 to 4... but the bell boy takes care of getting your luggage up. Clean modern roo with nice shower and the best towels I have had at a hotel in ages. 4 soft pillows on a queen bed... very nice. Coffee in room would have been nice as there was an electric kettle. Nice bistro just outside however they don't open till 8am so for early departure you need to travel 500 meter to the McDonald's or Jolly Bee.
