Chilling out on the bed in your hotel room watching television, while wearing your own pajamas, is sometimes the best part of a vacation. #truefeelinginacacia #onlyinacacia #acacianato #simplyheartfelt

Since we can't travel long distance, Acacia Hotel is a place where we can relax and feel the beach vibes a ride away from home. The staffs are accommodating and so friendly. Budget wise and most of all the food is superb. Bonus is the seaview at back especially that our room is facing the port area where you can have a glimpse of the sunset. Also, wanna commend the cleanliness of the room and quick response to guest's concerns like I had. Keep it up and stay safe.

+ The personnel including the security are very accomodating. The room was clean (4 our of 5). The breakfast was plated and not buffet but was good and enough for 1 person. - There was no personnel after 12midnight! The personnel will be available at 06:00am! We found this very weird. What if there's an emergency. Noone can immediately assist us. Infact, the door of our bathroom malfunctioned. We couldnt open it we called several times the trunkline of the operators and even the housekeeping and noone answered and even called the numbers posred in the website. We then decides to go down and found out that noone was there. The computer was on, the main entrance door of the hotel was unlocked, it'a a bit dark only few lights were on. We went up and slept and woke up at 4:30am because my sister could no longer hold her pee. We went down and none was still in the receiving area or lobby. We looked for a CR and found one beside of 1 of the halls. When about to go back to our room, we saw the guard on his post and asked for assistance. He said they have maintenance personnel who can helped us. That personnel went up but couldnt fix or unlocked the CR door. We went down and only returned at around 6:00am. He might be waiting for some personnel to came in at 06:00 am to get the key. We were all disappointed with the hotel. We were told that theyre on skeletal force. We did understand this but this does not mean no personnel at all to assist in all area like in the reception and housekeeping.
