It was really a nice hotel. I got the deal in Agoda and it was a really good deal at under 2k a night for a standard room. Room was spacious and I really like that there's like a space at the back like a private balcony and with a sink, and then there's hot shower, toiletries that says Icon hotel, 2 bottled water, a hair dryer and an electric kettle. Buffet breakfast was good with just enough choices for main dishes. My other friends booked rooms at reddoorz downtown and they wished they have joined me here. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to SM and the plaza.

Their lady front desk staff not accommodating and "suplada". We arrived in the hotel 4AM and we are requesting if they can provide us room even we pay for early check in. The staff told us 2PM is the standard check in time and told her alam namin yon but she really did not make a way to accommodate us so we just slept in their sofa in the lobby. At 1PM, again we reminded the girl baka meron ng available 1room coz we knew 12NN is check out time. The girl said they will still clean all the rooms. We have prior paid bookings pero gusto talaga ng girl 2pm kami makacheck in. We were able to check in past 2pm. Another thing we requested their front desk for wake up call since we have an early tour and the agent will pick us in the hotel at 7AM. But they did not do the wake up call. During one of our breakfast the refill of coffee took so long and many are already waiting for the coffee. There were big flies flying around the tables. And the worst thing we ordered batchoy and pancit canton. We were so disgusted kasi ang sahog nila sa batchoy and pancit puro taba ng baboy!!! Wala man lang meat kahit konti! Puro taba!!! Please advise your cook na balansihin ang sahog ng niluluto nila! Very very poor services!

The Bell Hotel is clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast and the prices are very competitive. Bacolod offers 2 great malls and far less traffic than Cebu or Manila. The breakfast buffet is mainly Filipino but they will make you an omelet on request. Family room is spacious with kettle fridge and safe in the room. The only downside is a slightly aggressive lift door!
