I wasn't aware of the history of this hotel until a colleague told me on my last night. So this happens to be an old hospital during WWII. Some creepy stories as well but location is good especially during Dinagyang festival because this is located in the heart of the festivities. They have good place to eat at the ground floor and there are nearby stores where you can buy snacks.
Stayed here for four days during Dinagyang Festival and was just perfect as it is accessible to almost all performance sites. As for the hotel room, I’m a bit disappointed for the lack of bidet. Their bath amenity/toiletries (imho) is quite bad. Had to purchase from a nearby store. The breakfast buffet is of limited choices/servings. Good to fill up the tummy but not enough for a bfast person. Overall though, this I guess is the best place to stay for vacation. Just don’t forget to bring your own bath stuff. (Really can’t get over this).
We are so amazed with the place it was cozy & classy however there are baby cockroches in our bedroom. I think the was not sanitized even the sheets they just re used it. There are some stains on it.Their pool is awesome. My kids loves swimming there & the staffs are good they are very accommodating.
After a long travel going to Garin Farm, we wanted to check in at a decent hotel. And since that was the last night of our vacation, we wanted a hotel where we can stay, relax, and enjoy. Luckily, I saw Goldberry Lite Hotel. Location is accessible. The frontliners are accommodating and helpful as we requested for our breakfast to be cooked at a specific time as we have an early flight. Room is not that big but its clean. I suggest they add bidet on the toilet. After a couple of hours' rest, we went for a dip in the pool. Fortunately, we were the only ones who occupied it. Lovely! It was cold and really relaxing. Then, the breakfast at The Rabbit Hole is plated. We were hoping for a buffet but no hahahha. I ordered native longganisa and my husband took bangusilog. We waited for few minutes for our meal. Then voila, we were greeted with a sumptuous meals. And both are definitely tasty. The place is highly recommended. Also, the facade is instagrammable at night as it is golden lit. Just be careful taking photos as their are vehicles passing by.…
One charming hotel to add to the city's historic downtown area. I was told it's an old bldg that's newly renovated. Complete room amenities, consistent hot shower and quiet room (despite being in a lower floor).
