Staying at the Radisson Blu in Cluj was an absolute delight from start to finish. The sleek and modern design of the hotel immediately impressed me upon arrival, and the warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. We chose Radisson Blu Cluj for our wedding celebration in June 2024. We've worked with the event coordinator Raul. We had high expectations and I am happy to confirm that these were all met and exceeded.
In terms of Service and Staff, Radisson Blu Cluj is, in our experience, absolute top location in Romania at the moment and a true 5-star experience. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and often go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. We received a lot of attention from the staff but this was always unintrusive yet highly professional. Even when we had special recommendations, these were dealt with in a timely and professional matter.
In terms of food and catering, we've received many compliments for the wedding menu. This was one of the highlights of the event. All dietary needs were met, the menu combined traditional elements with modern interpretations and generally the choices are are varied enough for all tastes. A nice touch is that food is served with white gloves.
In terms of accommodation, the hotel is a true 5-star experience. We've had multiple rooms for family and guests ranging from standard to suite and everything in between. All were quiet, exceptionally clean and the have the absolute most comfortable beds. We event went as far as asking for the contact details of their supplier - the beds are the most comfortable ones you will find in Romania.
We've stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels across Europe and this one is currently the absolute top, rivalling the more expensive and higher tier Radisson Collection.
Overall an amazing experience, we felt very spoiled and we are already looking forward to the next trip to Radisson Blu Cluj. Considering the price, this is extremely high value for money.

This hotel is just opened, not everything was open yet. There is a garage for parking. Room was nice, good shower, good bed, good wifi. It's located next to stadium, therefore the obvious location if going there. Otherwise nice location too at the end of central park (old town being the other end). Very bad first impression: we had booked a family suite with balcony and they promised us in writing a suite not close to the elevators. Room 401 was assigned to us: next to the elevators! The couch was made up as a second bed. Why? And the balcony was less than 1 m2! After our request they moved us to room 311, another suite and far away from the elevators and without balcony. We stayed here 2 nights in May 2024. The hotel has a parking and if you book a suite, the parking is free. The room/suite has good WiFi, airconditioning, a minibar, a water cooker and Nespresso machine. Bed, pillows and shower are good. There is a separate toilet. Lighting is good but you need an engineering degree to figure out how it works. Ventilation in bathroom and toilet are very noisy (50 dB!) and cannot be switched off. Compliments to housekeeping, other staff somehow do not fit with the reputation of Radisson Blue and the cost of staying here. If the costs would have been less our rating would have been higher but we didn’t get the experience we expected for the price paid.

The location is excellent, except during the Untold Festival when the surrounding areas become busy and noisy due to ongoing construction work and equipment.
The room was medium-sized with no balcony. Unfortunately, the mini bar was noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep.
The breakfast was quite expensive, and I found the coffee to be both dull and overpriced.
There is no spa available, and the gym is the tiniest I've ever seen in a hotel.

If you reserve a room with breakfast included you will receive more value in price than buying the breakfast separately. I would recommend reserving a room with breakfast included. Indeed, we have a small fitness center, but starting with the middle of next year we will integrate a new gym area, much bigger and with new equipment. Wonderful experience, everything was top, especially the staff. Room was perfect, we really needed a pampering experience. Location is wonderful, because we attended a concert near the hotel and every trip to the old town is done walking through a wonderful park.

The Radisson Blu Hotel is relatively new and and its accommodations reflect this. The hotel is very clean and I didn't feel the need to don footwear in my room as I tend to do in most hotels. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had wonderful pressure and the toiletries provided were beyond other hotels. The staff was very friendly and the gentleman handling my baggage was delightful! This will be my hotel of choice when I visit Cluj again.

Me and my mom decided, after carefully reviewing our options in Cluj Nqpoca to stay at the newly open hotel Radisson Blu Hotel in Cluj Napoca and I have to admit that it was a great choice. From the gentleman that check us in later in the night to Mrs. Carmen that made sure through out our stay we would have an awesome experience everything, I mean everything was spot on. Regarding the design of the hotel it has been thoughtfully created for guest not just to have a hassle free, modern with a sense of awe, inspiring stay but also to really feel like home with a lot of amenities that would make their stay to feel like there wouldn’t be a better way or choice to find a different accommodation in Cluj Napoca. I definitely recommend and for sure it will be my go to option when coming to the most amazing city in the Center of Transylvania - Cluj Napoca! Keep up the wonderful things you are doing here!
