The hotel follows the Ramada.standards. it is clean, rooms are largepersonnel is professional. Tbe also have some parking places. Breakfast is quit common, but varied, covering a lot of preferences. It is conveniently close to the old center (a nice 15-20 min walk). For.Cluj, it offers good value for money.

we came here for the day to work and have food and drinks. We were served by Vaidla Catalin. He was brilliant and very attentive. We ate soup, had many beers, a delicious bloody mary and vodka, carrot and beetroot each. Plus coffees. We were here for the whole day working and taking in the atmosphere. I have allergens but the barman was able to talk me through what I could have and they made us feel very welcome. The bar is lovely and we were the only ones there and were able to work quite happily. The wifi is very strong and its nice and quiet. Would come back.

A delightful hotel with a roof top pool. Modern with good rooms. Friendly staff and great service. A great base to explore Cluj and the surrounding area. Our flight was diverted on the way which caused us to be a day late arriving. The hotel staff dealt with this in a helpful and efficient manner. Thank you.

Terrible hotel. Rooms are outdated and smelly. Hotel is cheap and even water are not complimentary and you get only one coffee capsule... Staff were not very helpful and very slow (took us 5 min to check out). The hotel is always dark and lobby lights are supposed to open automatically but usually don't so you need to find your way. Wouldn't recommend

They gave me a first floor room, window was just a few meters away from street, I asked to change it but my question was rejected... then I asked if at least they got wifi, the answer was YES but unfortunately I couldnt connect to wifi as it was not working, I called to reception informed the problem and they ask me to wait few minutes as they were going to reboot the router... result wifi didn't work while my whole stay in Ramada. Poor breakfast. By the way I paid a king bed room + breakfast. I'll never come back to this hotel.

Nice international hotel. The hotel has everything you would espect, including 3 restaurants. The highligts is the Spa and the minibar! The spa is located on top of the building with a panoramic view of Cluj and the surrounding hills. The pool occupies half the floor and the gym the rest. The staff is very helpfull and I would love to live nearby so I could come by every day. The minibar has a large selection and very cheap prices (like the rest of Romania)

Please read All my review... The hotel is nice with clean and comfortable rooms. Nice spa- although prices are cheaper at the Opera Plaza which is more central and 5*. HOWEVER, I was disgusted that a 4* hotel allowed smoking in the bar/restaurant Despite no smoking signs! Totally unacceptable for a 4* EU hotel and not worth the money. When I raised it with the staff they just said sorry but didn't get the issue. This lets the whole hotel down and a massive turn off for my husband and I. Smoking should be outside only like England!

I've stayed here for a night in March. The hotel has a fresh and modern look so those of you who enjoy minimalistic designs will surely love the hotel. The rooms are quite big, the food is very good(had a dinner and a breakfast and I enjoyed both). A small disadvantage is the location. Being situated on a very crowded street, the noise can sometimes be heard in the hotel.

First time I stayed in july, and I discovered,at that moment, the most comfortable and well located hotel in Cluj. So I decied to come back. For the second time I booked a room directly at the reception, I had the same room where I stayed in July...The staff is very polite, well trained, and always smily. The rooms are large, with king size bed, the breakfast is excellent( live cooking in the restaurant each morning). Finally, but in my opinion the most important: THE SPA AN THE POOL. It is amazing, at the 6th level...You can have a panoramic view of the city, enjoying a cocktail at the terrace. I can only recommend this hotel, for everybody, who is looking for accomodation in Cluj.

A totally gorgeous hotel, near to the city centre. The staff was wonderful - courteous, helpful and efficient. An amazing swimming pool on the top floor, very new in Cluj . It is a perfect place to spend time with your friends or family. And the restaurant.....delicious :)
