The staff is very friendly, the hotel's location is very good and easy to find, the room we stayed was spacious and ok. Food is varied for breakfast. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel.

We spent one night in Cluj with our son and 1 year old daughter. Everything was nice, very nice. We were in the city center within minutes on the bus. The room was very good, and the parking was safe. The breakfast was great and a great way to get us on our way. We can highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!

Nice an clean hotel. It has a private parking lot, spacious enough to find a place. Big and clean bathroom, bed. You can have a room with a balcony. The only disadvantage is that is far to walk from the city centre. The taxi is 2 euros and you'll get there fast.

Stayed one night here before an early morning flight. Anna Maria on reception was most helpful and the room provision was good...clean, comfortable with a clean bathroom and a good powerful shower. Free car parking and WiFi and the city is easily accessible...25 minute walk or cheap taxi ride. Sorina also polite and efficient on check out.
Dont be tempted to visit the nearest restaurant...better to take a cheap taxi and enjoy better selection and quality of food and much better service, in the centre. I would encourage hotel staff to give this advice...

Honestly the place is just a disaster. Cold breakfast (supposed to be served 7-10am), dirty glasses that are also not cleaned the next day, empty containers for soap and shower gel, smelly water, useless wifi. And it says it has 4 stars! FOUR!!! It barely should have two! The only good thing about it is a really helpful staff at the reception desk.

Don't fall for the four star rating, quite simply it is not a four star Hotel.It is ok and it is reasonable value for money, but it is a budget hotel and should be listed as such. it is well situated just north of the city center with a taxi rank and bus stop just across the road.

We stayed as a family for one night. The checkin phase went fast. The service was kind. The bedrooms were clean and designed well. The breakfast was a classic european breakfast (not exactly my taste but it was ok). The hotel was quiet. The prices were fair.

This is not a fancy one but more a usual hotel; it is very clean and breakfast is OK. Staff is friendly and professional. Location is not too far from the city center which is reachable in 10-15 minutes by taxi/bus/own car. It is of good value for a business trip of few nights or if you're just visiting the city.

I was serveral times in this hotel. It's a good hotel, the rooms are ... medium sized, breakfast is good, the internet is fine (as it usualy is in Romania) and the parking is video surveillled. There are still two negative points that have to be mentioned:
1. there are rooms where the guests are smoking and you can feel the smell but this isn't the hotel's fault;
2. there is a sauna; until a few months ago, it was free of charge for the hotel's guests and now it isn't anymore.
Anyway, is a good hotel, not far away from the downtown (10' by walking).
