Thanks to Tripadvisor we knew that this hotel located in the heart of the city doesn't have parking spaces and got lucky right away! But the problem was with the parking fee, the machine wouldn't accept credit cards or change for the rest of the day. The lady at the reception (who spoke little romanian because we' re not in... We are curently "enjoying" this place. It's an awful experience. Everything inside the room (and not only) is very cheap, what a shame for a beautiful building... The only thing that could deserve the 4 stars would be the room ( and bathroom) size. The shower is almost totally cloged and the whole bathroom experience is quite disgusting. To conclude:... More

A cosy hotel converted from an old house with apartments in the heart of Cluj, offering spacious and quiet rooms with the design of the previous regime, with highly caring and attentive service/staff.

Rooms are very basic 1970s style. Showers do not drain and the water temp varies when using the shower. The food at breakfast is very very basic. The hotel is centraly located and offers a good base from which to enjoy the many bars and resturants One very good plus for the hotel is the front desk staff.

I loved the location of the hotel...quiet street, yet in the centre of Cluj.....And the sky view left me speechless... BUT: the bathroom ran out of supplies, including the toilet paper, the soap dispenser was empty, too, the bed had an old matress with bumps and the quality of the sleep was poor, low quality products for breakfast...and what most... We arrived now, this place is horrible. We were sent on the 4-th floor where there were no lights...and in the room is so very cold. The heat is not working. We are waiting them to change the room.... Room itself it's a 2* room, furniture looks old, hotel looks old.... I don't like this place.

The hotel located in city center. This is only one plus of it. If you are in the business trip for one - max 2 days you can choose this hotel. If you are travelling with family , it will not be the good choise. The rooms are big, but not cosy. The beds are narrow. The breakifast not good... More

We stayed one night at Agape hotel because its position. First of all the hotel does not have any parking place but no worry you find lots of places on the street. The room is more than spacious, good heated, a little bit noisy. The furniture is old, beds and pillows don't know the word comfortable. Old blanket and "... More

As many previous reviews pointed out, the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the downtown. You need to walk 30 meters till the Unirii Square. There are shops, coffees, restaurants arround. Also nightlife locations are at walking distance. The restaurant is not gourmet, but good, delicious Hungarian dishes are served at reasonoble prices. The personal at the reception... More

No hot water.Clogged shower tab.Tasteless sausages and old oranges to offer for breakfaat in the middle of the summer. Almost completely flat matrees. So sad to say as Agape is perfectly located in the city centre and the staff is really kind. Some more attention to details would help believe you are actually in a 4* hotel.
