No hot water.Clogged shower tab.Tasteless sausages and old oranges to offer for breakfaat in the middle of the summer. Almost completely flat matrees. So sad to say as Agape is perfectly located in the city centre and the staff is really kind. Some more attention to details would help believe you are actually in a 4* hotel.

Being right in the city center, it is close to the most important landmarks of Cluj: the art museum, the national theatre and opera, the metropolitan church, and the unirii square. It has many different restaurants, especially based on hungarian cuisine.

the only good thing about this hotel is the location. otherwise is a cheap, old, dirty hotel. i dont know how it has 4 stars?! old furniture, old windows ( thank god it was not winter), broken bath appliances ( shower, blowdryer, shower cabin). the elevator takes forever to reach any floor. last but not least...the breakfast buffet!!!! very poor...

This hotel was part of a group package, so I didn't choose it. Advertised as 4-star, I'd say it's 2.5 at best, even for Romania. The beds were hard and lumpy (and I'm not picky) and the food was just ok. Service for food was quite slow. On the plus side the rooms were quite spacious, mine had a new...

There is so much wrong at this hotel. The bathroom shower was full of black mold. The breakfast, except for the bread, was unappetizing to say the least. The mattress was the hardest I have ever encountered. And it's on top of a night club where you can be sure to be kept up until all hours by the YMCA....

The hotel is in a very good location, the reception staff is 5 stars, helpful. The room is spacious, clean. Wifi in room was ok. The breakfast was of very low quality, tables were not clean in general. They were not cleaned by the staff after someone left. Poor choices of food, bad coffee. The restaurant staff did not replace...

They are under verry bad management, the restaurant had few types of food aviabile, even if the menu has 1000 specialites. The rooms are with old furniture, the elevator is verry old and creepy. There are not parking spaces near the hotel, but the location is verry central.

My wife and I stayed in this Hotel along with a travel group from Ireland. This Hotel is down a side street so had to pull your cases down a footpath that was recently dug up. Check in was fast but the lift would only carry one person and two cases and the lift was getting stuck if more than...

from check in till check out one great experience. Staff is extremely nice, the hotel location is smack in the middle of the city and a 5 minute walk to the old town. There you can find many restaurants and bars. The down side is that the furniture needs upgrade but it did not ruin the experience. Warmly recommended.

I complained and they changed my room with bigger one with a bit better WiFi. The hotel is really beautiful, with amazing restaurant and good breakfast included. It...
