We only stayed here one night and for a short amount of time, but I believe there are various rooms, funky decorations and it's very clean. The staff is super friendly and accomodated my emails and late arrival. They serve you breakfast in the room, my only issue is that the milk was poured on the cereal ahead of time, so I had to eat it quickly! There is a mini fridge (which my partner wished had more beer in it) but enough snacks for a late arrival. It's close to town, less than 10 min walk (downhill) to get to some nice cafes and restaurants. Very close to the botanical gardens.

I am visiting Cluj at least once every two months and I am very happy since I have discovered this hotel. I have stayed there for more than three times and I would definitely go back again. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near the center and good restaurant. The rooms are always clean as well as bathrooms. The beds are comfortable which leads to a good quality sleep. The staff is very helpful and nice, helping you in any problem you have. The breakfast offers a wide variety for vegetarian and non-vegetarian people. Thank you!

We loved this hotel, cool, quirky, great location, friendly staff and the most amazing breakfast! It was a little more than some of our other stays in Transylvania but worth it, and seems priced relatively well compared to others in Cluj.
Car parking is spacious. It’s a bit tight to get in but once you’re in, it’s fine. You have to go off a main busy road down an alley next to the bank. Check out my pics if unsure. Very safe area and within 10 mins walk you are in the centre of everything yet it’s very quiet.
We stayed in the global traveller room, loved it. It’s worth messaging the hotel to put you in a specific room. We loved the balcony and sink. One thing that wasn’t great is that the shower and toilet are behind a door but in the same room so you can hear the person you are staying with on the toilet. Just be mindful of this! Rooms come with coffee making facilities and lots of plugs. Not lots of space so consider that is you have a lot of luggage.
Staff were always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was incredible, I mean you have like a 3 course meal. Everything was fresh and healthy. There were lots of cakes too and even had a hazelnut chocolate pump!

Compared to all the excellent reviews, our stay was average (which was disappointing since expectations were high). Our rooms on the top floor were dark and the colourful interior the hotel has in its advertisements was nowhere to be seen. The room was clean upon arrival but I enclose a photo of how our bed had been made by the cleaner on day 2. Staff were polite but not overly friendly.
If you arrive by car drive VERY carefully as the driveway is so narrow you literally have 10cm margin on either side.

A friendly welcome greets you at this hotel. We were able to check in early and our room was the movie themed room. Great individuality. Room clean and bed comfy. Kettle and safe provided with an option to get an ironing board from reception if needed.
Good quality shower with complimentary shower gel.
Air con worked well in the room.
Breakfast was of a good standard with a varied selection and the coffee was very good too!
Staff very friendly and helpful. We asked for directions to the salt mines and the lady helped with bus timetables and locations
Would definitely stay here again 👍

First off, I like to start off by saying it is a funny and very clean hotel. Also, I didn’t think that it was possible to have a service like this in Romania. I've been in many hotels, but this was by far the best service I have been given. It is clear that it is possible even in Romania to receive great service, but I bet they have been outside Romania and saw that it counts to be customer-oriented. The key to success is to pay attention to your customers’ needs and they have done exactly that. They have done an outstanding service. I wish people would follow their example. Thank you again for being different than the rest of the hotels that we have been visiting in Romania. Great job and keep up the good work.

We had a great stay at this venue. The service was fast and friendly. Staff were very helpful and keen. The room is comfortable. It is a little tricky getting to the hotel as your GPS will take you down some odd streets, but once in, there is ample parking. Good location to explore the town. I would stay here again.

Well decked rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good spread of breakfast and just few minutes of walk to the city centre. The theme based approach for rooms is definitely a plus. Place is value for money. The hotel is bit on an inside road but then has ample parking and good facilities

Hotel location is walking distance to city center. There is car Parking at the hotel. Room was clean but quite small. I requested to stay larger one but couldn’t have it. Breakfast is good but salon is quite small. Reception person is smiling which is perfect.

We're a couple passing through Cluj-Napoca to go to Moldova. We planned on staying one night, but then decided to stretch it to another night. This place has great service, extremely helpful staff. Also very close to the center. All in all, it was a great experience and a good choice to stay at this hotel.
