Detailed Reviews
The room we booked was advertised. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Food was very good and tasty.
There are a few areas for improvement. Room 7 shower drain needs to be fixed. Having an iron available for guests would have been nice. They did charge for ironing our clothes because the one iron was with another guest and they didn't know who or when it would be available. Since we had an appointment so we could not wait for the iron. The wait to get our clothes ironed in the hotel was long enough.
Overall it was a good value for the money.

Stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. We arrived in the evening in the middle of a thunder storm. The hotel is a fair way out of town but is fairly modern so given some of the previous reviews, it might have been renovated.
Check-in was quick and we were given a twin room on the top floor. The lift was a little small, but worked okay. The room was an okay size. The beds were a little soft and the pillows weren’t the best but everything was clean and tidy. As well as the beds, we had a small table, 2 chairs, desk, tv, fridge and wardrobe with safe. The air con didn’t really work and the fridge didn’t really get that cold.
The bathroom was an okay size, with a dedicated shower. The water pressure was okay and so was the temperature, but ours didn’t drain that well. The towels were okay too but the toilet paper was a thin ply.
We had dinner at the hotel in the evening. The staff were great, very attentive and speak good English. I had an alcohol free beer and a pizza which were both really good. It was still raining but in nicer weather the restaurant would be quite romantic.
Breakfast was good - the usual cold selection of cheese and meats, breads, jams, pastries and even biscuits. The coffee machine didn’t work that well from what others said and the juice was a bit strong.
The wifi had good signal and speed which was good. Writing this review I thought about 3 stars given the above, but the staff make this 4 stars. A decent enough stay but there are some things they need to work on.

The rooms are quite big, but not so clean. The breakfast is limited but tasty. The romanian personel is professional but the personel from Asia are only smiling but lazy very lazy. The food from restaurant is very limited and bad taste. The best thing about this hotel is the position. I would not come back any time soon. For sure this hotel do not deserve to be a 4 star hotel.

We spend here 2 nights during the weekend. It's rated as 4* hotel but it doesn't even reach 3*. We had a standard double room. When we entered the hotel we instantly saw the reception desk- all ripped off, dirty and very old. You would never see this in a 4*. Then the rooms were very dirty, you would find hair on the sheets and bathroom, horrible mould smell in the rooms. The bathroom is absolutely ugly by its colour and the shower cab full or dirt and haid. The windows were not cleaned, the walls inside the room were "painted" .. Breakfast was ok...you had were to choose from but the hotel itself it a BIG dissappointment. I will not get back there nor reccomend it to anyone. Not a 4*..huge lie

I stay here for 2 nights for business metings. When i arrived , i go to the restaurant for the dinner. In the restaurant it was very cold, they don’t have a good warming sistem, the food is very extensive for what they give, also the breakfest is very Poor. I stay at the 3 rd floor, during the night they stop the heeting and it was very cold until the morning. I do not recomand this hotel and i will not stay here anymore .

This hotel is located in a remote suburb of Cluj-Napoca, far from the center. The hotel is nicely decorated and equipped, although I noticed that some guests stumbled over an unnoticed little stair on the way from the dining room. While staying at the hotel, we encountered an incident that we've never experienced in the many hotels we've been to. Coming late, we ordered 2 pizzas to our room. I went to the restaurant and paid cash for the meal. The waiter took my money and did not bother to give me any receipt. But what came next was even more shuttering: he declined to bring us the pizzas I paid for. After a 20 minutes wait at the room I went back to the restaurant, only to discover the plates with the pizzas exactly where they were before. We had to eat cold pizzas that evening, thanks to the inexcusable behavior of a hotel employee. Next morning I wrote the hotel manager about the event. She replied: "We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant incident in our hotel. It is not excusable for a 4 star hotel and we will take measures into solving this problems in order not be repeated in the future." But no immediate remedy was offered, only a free meal in our next visit at the hotel. That was written when we still had a full day there, and could be compensated for the malpractice right away. It is unlikely that we'll ever visit there again.

The hotel was great but the service was horrible. After traveling 1000km, we arrived at the hotel on the 25th of December and there was only one person of the staff there. We were very tired and hungry so we asked If the restaurant was opended, it wasn't. We then asked If we could order something in and she said everything was closed. None of the phones were working so I had to go to the reception to talk to them. We starved during the night, waiting for the breakfast the next morning, which was included, but when we came down, we had to insist a lot to have it because then said the cook wasn't there today.
The room was great and had a great view.

I did not even know in about 10 minutes from downtown, in nature, there is a place where you can relax, sleep, eat and you feel the like you have at home (at the same time). Modern furnished rooms, extremely spacious, well-trained staff, good food. I highly recommend this hotel. I come back, definitely.

Hi, yes. The food was good, but the plates were not the same, some item were missing from one or the other, the watiers are awful. They are ad hoc, temporary hires for events so very bad service. Next day we found out the not consumed menues, the bridal cake and the boose was missing. We booked the garden terace for reception, but 1 week before the wedding they announced us there was a double booking and offerd to move us in the parking area or on the grass with the reception, it was the reason why we choosed the location. Disapointed! My advice is, get everything on paper and sigen both by mother and douther, the owners.
