The Pami Hotel is located 2km from the old town center can Cluj. It’s a hotel with neat but dated rooms, a friendly reception, a small but clean terrace, a sufficiently large car park in front, a large breakfast room and a lobby. The service on the terrace is mediocre, the prices are in line with the market and the breakfast is not very extensive but good. Don't expect pancakes, fresh fruit juice or cracking sandwiches, but do expect cornflakes, eggs, toasted bread and all basic toppings.
The public transport near the hotel is top!

A basic Hotel with big rooms but still old fashion and noisy rooms especially when you are in front of the road. Poor breakfast..Restaurant is not working. No Bar...Sad atmosphere. But the worse is the Workers behavior ! If you get a "good morning" or "thanks" you will be happy. They are "rude' and not helpful especially the waiters and reception people from the morning. Only thing they are interested for is to know your "room number" and to get pay for everything immediately. We were there with a big group for 3 night ( in total about 50 rooms) and they are really not helpful and without any good commercial attitude...far away from the usual kindness of Romanian people. What a pity ! So pass your way and dont do the same mistake as we did !

We arrived very late and tired and were asked to pay - we didn't have cash. The card equipment was not working - timeout and no connection. It was clear that they have bank connection problem. But the staff said that our cards are wrong (we tried three !) and that we must go somewhere to town for cash. He said it's not possible to pay in the morning - he must know we have enough money ! It was very bad experience. DON'T USE THIS HOTEL !.

For 2 nights it was ok. The hotel is near a gas station and near to the street. We asked to stay at the last floor and they took this into consideration, which it was nice. We had our room on the back side of the hotel, which it was ok but even this, you can hear the noise from the street. If you have the room in the front side of the hotel, i imagine that is worst. Also you can hear your neighbours from the floor and other floors, which can make your sleep very uncomftable. The room is ok, clean, with towels, shampoo/shower gel, but the pillows are a nightmare, there are very uncomftable. The breakfast it was ok, divers and tasty. Staff ok, polite. Quality-price ok.

The place is ok, not in the nicest neighborhood, but easy to find, the rooms were allright, I would say compared to romanian standards a bit above 3 stars. I do not care much for tv and internet, but the connection was decent. Breakfast buffet was also ok, the only problem was a wedding in the ballroom, and it was damn loud. The hotel is therefore to be avoided at fridays, and saturdays!

This ia a really good hotel if you are planning a weekend gateaway in Cluj with your friends. I have got a suite with 2 of my friends and we felt very comfortable in it. Staff is friendly and happy to help.

Rooms have an old style, the bathrooms not very well maintained, things are missing. Breakfast was acceptable. Good location to BT Arena, for concerts. The rate was, too high for what the room had to offer.

Very dissapointed!!!!! Reserved a matrimonial room. The bathroom floor was full of hair. Short black hair. The shower has greasy yellow spots! The door from bathroom had a pounch in it! I almost felt like throwing up !!!! Asked the money back, after speaking with Manager and etc the girl from reception gave the money back. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! Rather sleep in the car !!!!!

Average hotel, clean and decent. The furniture from the room looks pretty cheap. The rooms are pretty big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is standard, don't expect too much. The price for the room is a little high, there are though better hotels at lower prices in the area.
