Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Stayed here for two nights and I noticed bite marks on my arm. Checked the bed I was on and noticed they have bed bugs. There’s no excuse for that whatsoever. The rooms are poorly maintained with old appliances. Don’t depend on the WiFi because it barely works. The only reason they have 2 stars because the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Our Airbnb host left us stranded in Cluj (never actually cancelled our booking but failed to reply to any messages and didn't answer the phone) so we booked Seven Hotel just hours before checking in. The hotel itself is nothing special but fairly priced and not far from city centre.

Close to the train station. At the top of a hill. Near CFR footbal stadium. Easy acces to city center. Nice rooms and services. Don t know about breakfast. Cheap price. Second choice when I want to visit Cluj.

Very cold room, shredded and gray towels, antique TV, the phone didn't work, very poor and cold breakfast, very noisy from 6 AM, no parking, the bar was closed at 10 PM, one of the worst experience in my life!

The ladies working in this restaurant need some Training on how to talk to guests and take orders. I had to grab by own menu, take my own beverage from the fridge and asked her numerous times if we are able to order food. We were never acknowledged as guests and the waitress just ignored us the whole time. This level of idiocity was a first for me.

The hotel is very badly maintained, with dirty and old towels, smelly rooms, filthy carpet. The breakfast was just ok, nothing to remember. But they really need to focus on cleaning up that place. And a smile will also go a long way ;(

We (family of 4) wanted to stay there for 5 nights but gave up after two. Don't even know where to start. Smelly bathroom, poor breakfast options, no elevator, no parking spaces (free wherever you can on the sidewalk), 25-30 minutes walk from main square. Definitely a poor choice.

Poor and old hotel.Not very nice staff. Stinky sheets and noisy room. Poor breakfast.You can find better alternative in Cluj wich is a nice city.I don t recomand this hotel even for one nighit/transit because it is expensive.enjoy Cluj but book a resonable hotel!

Changes seems to have been made in staff, but issues remain unmastered - same unattended bathroom repairs, understaffed breakfast/restaurant. Also WiFi seems to take strong hits with fully booked hotel, making it more or less unusable. Reception price is way above the two stars that it should have.

Modest hotel, but big prices for accomodation. Dirty bathroom, with spyders on the walls. For sure this hotel need a renovation. Close to a noisy crossroads. Good breakfast, nice staff, only public parking place available.
