We stayed here for a few nights while travelling around Russia, we are on a budget so wanted something fairly cheaper but not a hostel. Sky Hotel is really well placed, excellent bars, restaurant links and underground access. It’s also close to most of the tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and helped with everything, couldn’t fault them. We thoroughly recommend...

Stayed in a twin room with a friend. The rooms and bathroom/toilet were kept very clean. The breakfast was quite filling and staff were quite accommodating when we could eat breakfast when we had an early start to try and travel out of the City. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Staff also spoke English. Convenient location for...

Positive: location of hotel is very good, especially if you are there as a tourist, 200 meters to Nevskij prospekt, (Main Street). Beds are ok and staff is mostly nice. Negative: Rooms are small, as is the toilet, breakfast is heated up with a microwave... And didn't taste so good either, but if you don't need more than this, is...

A comfortable hotel in a great location, for a very reasonable price. 10-40 minute walks to most important locations and metro stations close. Also, the building where the hotel is located in is very cool and interesting.

Wonderful stay. The staff is very nice, helpful and speaks good English. The hotel has a lovely tiny roof terrace. Breakfast is plenty and good (you choose two dishes each day). We stayed in the rooms with common bathroom, and these were very clean and nice. If you want private bathroom choose the rooms on the upper floor. We highly...

The hotel was conveniently located, about a 2 minute walk away from Kazan Cathedral. The staff were very helpful and polite and always kept the bedrooms clean. Shared bathroom was not an issue and was very spacious and the breakfasts were lovely! Only minor issue was the 'double bed' was actually 2 singles pushed together and they kept moving apart.

“The hotel is actually located at the 6th and 7th floors of a quite old building but all the rooms have been recently refurbished. If you book a room on the 7th floor, then you'll have you own bathroom whereas if your room is located on the 6th floor, you'll not only spend a little bit less but also have shared (but clean) bathrooms (male/female seperated).”
