My son and I have just returned home after a three night stay in St Petersburg at the Roses Hotel. After the initial difficulty of our taxi driver never having heard of the hotel and not being able to find it, we arrived and immediately had our bags carried up the three flights of stairs by the concierge to the...

Yesterday I came back from Piter. Evaluating this hotel I have mixed emotions; on one hand there is a information that it is 4* hotel and on the other hand comparing with the 4* hotel I have been in, this one was poor. Room was ok, but it was 2 meters from breakfast hall, so I could listen to preparation....

We spent three night in Roses hotel; it is clean, big rooms and very nice people in the reception. We stayed on the second floor and only a few steps. There is no lift in the hotel. Breakfast is on the 5th floor and is a good training in the morning. The location of the hotel is very good; close...

Stayed at this hotel less than 24 hours, but was impressed by the size of the room, the comfort of the mattress and bedding, the pleasant staff and clean room. Good internet/WIFI. Great central location. This hotel does not have an elevator and rooms are spread out among 5 floors. Reception is on the 3rd floor. If you have heavy...

Perfect location for those arriving (as we did) by train from Moscow, also for exploring the city; v.short walk to Nevsky Prospekt shops and Vosstaniya Metro Station. Pleasant area - several nice restaurants/bistros nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and halpful. Decent breakfast buffet (though served in a cramped room): porridge, eggs, sausages, salami, cheese, jam, blinis. Computer with free...

we stayed at Roses from 30th July to 3rd of August and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is just off the Nevsky prospect , 500 m from the Moskva vokzal (where sapsan arrives and departs). the nearby metro station Vosstaniya was convenient for our day trips to Petergof and Pushkin to reach the respective stations for taking the suburban...

We spend three nights in the Roses Hotel this month. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. I think they are upgrading the rooms and we had an older one (206). The location is perfect, close to the Nevsky Prospekt and a metro station. The staff was friendly and always helping you with any questions. The breakfast was ok,...

We had a business room which was very nice and spacious. The room was clean with a good bed and a large bathroom. The location was very good if you don´t want to stay directly in the most touristy area. However you are close to everything and only 20 min walk from the city centre. The neighbourhood felt safe and...
