Writing this review as we are currently staying here. The only pro of this hotel is that it bet close to masjid e nabvi. You walk out and you are just a minute away from the courtyard;gate 16;women's entrance. Here are the cons, I need to list them: 1. Elevator service. Missed Salah due to this. Elevators cannot handle the...

Very comfortable suites, location is convenient for families as both ladies entrances from either sides of the hotel with gents entrance, gate 23 in the middle. Ladies enter from left entrance to Rawdha ie from gate 25. Mall in the basement for shopping and few restaurants within, there is als a foodcourt across the road near gate 25. Apartment includes...

Good: Location - Location - Location Property was advertised as 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, Kitchen was non existent, only stove and water cattle, no crockery or utensils. 3 bed room facility to accommodate 7 adult has 2 plates, 2 cups only. But it has no major impact on my stay as we were not cooking.

Poor service from the reception and housekeeping. Didn't clean the room when requested. Hand shower was broken. The pantry looked unclean with corrosion everywhere. Shower was leaking in one bathroom. Toiletries were not provided. The heater was very loud in one room. Won't recommend.

Not very modern but the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious! The hotel is extremely convenient to the haram, centres and supermarkets!Service was brilliant and they really accommodated us.. Lifts were never a problem for us,always managed to get a lift quickly! Ideal for families as there's a fully equipped kitchen..

The location of the hotel is by far the only reason we stayed so long at this hotel oh and the fact that we couldn't get a refund. Being Ramadan we didn't have water for 2 days and the bathroom had the most terrible smell including a leaking bath tub making the floor super wet and slippery. Housekeeping took forever...

It is the nearest place to the prophet mosque within about three minutes to reach inside. When choose the suites with mosque view, you will enjoy the great and attractive view and it is highly recommended for old people that are not able to be inside the mosque to enjoy the view of green dome. Suites are spacious and with...

Located near gate 16 & 17. Easy access to ladies section praying area. Very near to masjid. The rooms are very outdated. Overall cleanliness were very poor. Housekeeping needs to be improved. The kitchen drainage system needs to be repaired or changed. It overflowed when in use!! Lots of umrah groups especially from north africa and far east chose this...
